★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ファミリーレストランとしては他にあまりない和食中心のメニューが豊富なお店で、とても美味しく頂くことができます。
和の甘味もあり(華甘味)、14時から18時までに注文しますと、お抹茶かソフトドリンクが無料で付きます。
此処のスタッフの方々の気配り、心配りが素敵です。
 As a family restaurant, there are plenty of Japanese menu menu with not much else to eat, which makes it very delicious.
There is a sweet taste of sum (Hua sweetness), If you order from 14 o'clock to 18 o'clock, matcha or soft drink will be included free of charge.
The staff's attentiveness and worry are nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ デザートを注文するともの凄く待たされます。
そして、3回に2回の確率で何かしら乗って無い物があります。それだけでなく、前回は劣化した食材が使われていました。(オサツチップスが水分吸ってしまってフニャフニャな上に膨らんでいました。干し芋使ったのかな？)
店員さんは常に忙しそうで声をかけられないのでいつも諦めていましたが、劣化した食材を使った物を平気な顔して出された事には流石にゾッとしました。
馴染みのお店でしたが、もう行きたくない。
When I order dessert, I have to wait a long time.
And there is a probability that something is not on board twice in three times. Not only that, but last time, deteriorated ingredients were used. (Bill chips had swollen to over a limp gone sucking moisture. I wonder if using dried potato?)
Since the clerk is not always applied to a busy voice it was always give up, but to be issued to calm face the thing that uses a degraded food was chilling indeed.
It was a familiar shop, but I don't want to go anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お客が混んでいないのに、料理が出てくるのが遅い。そして、茶碗蒸しが、遅れてくる始末。
インターネットで予約をしているのに、通常の来店客と同じ順番で案内された。
何のための予約だったかわからない‼️
スタッフの人数が少なく、ほぼ高校生アルバイトだと思われる。
Even though the customers are not crowded, the food is slow to come out. And the chawanmushi is delayed.
Even though I made a reservation on the Internet, I was guided in the same order as regular customers.
I don't know what the reservation was for! ️
The number of staff is small, and it seems that they are mostly high school students working part-time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 関東中心にチェーン展開する和食ファミレス。大通り沿いにゆったりとしたスペースの駐車場があり、使い勝手は良さそう。寒かったので味噌煮込みうどんがとても美味しく感じました。
A Japanese family restaurant that operates in a chain centered on the Kanto region. There is a spacious parking lot along the main street, which seems to be easy to use. It was cold so I felt the miso nikomi udon was very delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんの対応で変わる。
昼のパートの方達は混んでいても丁寧な対応が出来ていて素晴らしい、また来ようと思える。
逆に夕方以降だとアルバイトの方が増えるのか、対応が雑です。冷めたポテトとか持ってきます。
ファミレスに味は期待していません。どちらかと言うと消費者はサービスの質を見るのでは無いでしょうか？
昼ならオススメです。是非パートの方達の素晴らしいサービスを受けてみてください。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あったかいうどんはいつも塩気が強く感じます。塩辛いのが好きな方には良いと思いますが。。
お店の居心地はとても良いです。
特に冬は室温が暑すぎず寒すぎずでちょうど良い。BGMも優しく、いい意味で眠くなります。
お手洗いも暖房が効いていたり、タイヤ付き椅子であるのはご年配に優しいお店です。
ただ、、お手洗いに続く廊下？の壁紙はボロボロなので貼り替えた方が良いと思います。
Warm udon always feels salty. I think it's good for those who like salty food. ..
The shop is very comfortable.
Especially in winter, the room temperature is not too hot and not too cold. BGM is also gentle and makes you sleepy in a good way.
The restrooms are heated and the chairs with tires are kind to the elderly.
However, the corridor leading to the restroom? The wallpaper is tattered, so I think it's better to replace it.
