★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天ざるの大盛りを頂きました。蕎麦が多くボリュームあり。コシがあって美味しかったです。大盛りにしなくても良かったかも。天ぷらは海老が2本と嬉しいが衣が薄過ぎて食べ応えはいまひとつ。あと何故お茶でなくてお冷を出すのだろう。そんな些細な心遣いでお店の印象が随分変わるのになあ。
追記:ランチで再訪。もり蕎麦大盛りを頂きました。やはり美味しかったです。客は私含めて3組。注文から10分程度掛かるのはちょっと残念。
再追記:ランチで再訪。今日はざる大盛り。麺つゆに関しては辛口です。蕎麦湯がもう少し多いといいなあ。
I received a large serving of Tenzaru. There is a lot of soba and there is volume. It was chewy and delicious. Maybe I didn't have to make it big. I'm glad that the tempura has two shrimp, but the clothes are too thin and the response is not good. And why do you serve cold instead of tea? I wish the impression of the store would change considerably with such a trivial consideration.
Postscript: Revisited at lunch. I received a large serving of Morisoba. After all it was delicious. There are 3 groups of customers including me. It's a little disappointing that it takes about 10 minutes from ordering.
Re-addition: Revisited at lunch. Today is a large serving of colander. The noodle soup is dry. I hope there is a little more soba hot water.
