この会社の所有しているマンションに住んで居る為,車の買い換えで駐車場の使用承諾証 が必要になり電話で申込むと,口頭では駄目で,先ず承諾証が必要との交付申請書を提出しないと駄目で,それが提出されてから承諾証の発行になると言う事でした。 問題は申請書の書類の送付のやり取りで3日掛かり,それから肝心の承諾証の発効迄に3週間掛かるとの返事!!! 幾ら大きな組織と言えども掛かり過ぎでしょう! 4月にも申込みましたが,4~5日で出来ました。 直接,会社に早くして欲しいと交渉に行って1週間で発効して貰いましたが,今回は特別で手間が掛かったと言われました。 次回からは余裕を持って申し込んでくれとの 事でした!!! 言葉になりません!!! 追伸。 今月の請求書が届きましたが又,ビックリ駐車場使用承諾書の発行手数料として¥8640支払いましたが,過入金ですので¥8640引いて入金して下さいとの事! おまけに宛名も違うし,電話するのもアホらしいが,一応電話しましたが呆れて物が言えない!!
