1500万円のリホーム代を払って，作業漏れが発覚後になんと"漏れの作業代を一部負担して
くれ"の相談があった!!
また，担当者に不具合と修理依頼の連絡を2回程した結果は: 無視とLineの削除をされた!!
運が悪いしか言いようが無いですね!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場を借りていますが違法駐輪が酷く対策をしてほしいと言ってますがなにもしてくれません。車は傷だらけになりました。電話してお願いしても「努力します。」の一言だけ、努力をしているなら違法駐輪も無くなるんじゃないんですか？
酷い会社なので皆さんは気をつけて下さい。

お金儲けのことしか頭になく、仲介手数料や管理費をしっかりと取りますがほとんど何もしてくれません。
ここで賃貸を借りて、下の方と騒音トラブルになり隣の部屋に引っ越しました。（引っ越し代、清掃代など自腹）、その1ヶ月後にそのトラブルとなった下の方が今度は僕が前住んでた隣の部屋に越してきて、再度トラブルとなりました。トラブルが嫌でわざわざ引っ越ししたのに再度トラブルが起きそうな部屋交換を許容する意味がわかりません。
お陰で、再度別の賃貸に引っ越すことになり、敷金、礼金、引っ越し代も含め、50〜60万円程度のお金が出費することとなりました。同じような被害者がでないよう、この会社から賃貸することはやめてもらいたいです。
ホントにひどい会社です。誠意のかけらもないです。

I rented it here and moved to the next room because of noise problems with the people below. (Moving fee, cleaning fee, etc.), one month later, the lower one who had the trouble came to the next room where I lived before and got into trouble again. I don't understand the meaning of allowing a room change that is likely to cause trouble again even though I moved all the way because I didn't like the trouble.
Thanks to that, I had to move to another rent again, and I had to spend about 500,000 to 600,000 yen including the security deposit, key money, and moving fee. I would like you to stop renting from this company so that there are no similar victims.
It's a really terrible company. There is no piece of sincerity.
