S	SIRA KURD on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この場所で、家を探しに行きました。遠方からだったので、その日に、この店舗も含め複数の店舗の情報を得て、内見を別にと考えていましたが、他の店舗に行けるような雰囲気づくりではなく、そのまま、その日に家を決めることになりました。その時、「こんないい物件ないですよ」とずっと言われ、最終的に決めたのは、自分ですが、その後、そう言われて住んだら、最悪でした。隣に大家さんがいる物件でしたが、干渉が激しく、最初に不動産から「個人情報になるので、挨拶はしなくていい」と言われしなかったので、誰が大家か住んでる側は、わからないのに、干渉してきたり、あり得ないほど壁が薄く、生活音が丸聞こえで、電話の音やどこの部屋のあくなども、わかりました。その割には、大家さん側の音は、全く聞こえません。大谷さんからは、資産を貸していると言う感じかもしれませんが、貸している以上、借りた人間のプライベートを守れる範囲の物件にしたほうがいいと思います。それすら把握せず、「こんないい物件ないですよ」と、ずっと言われ続けたのが、引っ越した今でも、腑に落ちません。ただし、退去の時の来てくださった、アシストの本社の方の立ち会いの対応は、物凄くよく安心して、立ち退きが出来ました。 I went looking for a house at this place. However, it interfered with me, the walls were so thin that it was impossible, I could hear all the sounds of life, and I could understand the sound of the telephone and the opening of any room. For that reason, I can't hear the sound of the landlord at all. Mr. Otani may say that he is renting an asset, but as long as he is renting it, I think it is better to make the property within the range that can protect the private life of the borrowed person. I didn't even know that, and I kept being told, "I don't have such a good property," but even now that I've moved, I still can't help. However, the response from the Assist headquarters who came when I moved out was extremely good and reassuring, and I was able to move out.

T	Tomo Cruise on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅から徒歩2分の場所にあり、男性スタッフが多く、明るいイメージのある事務所であった。中野近辺から荻窪辺りまでの中央線沿いを中心に担当しているそうだが、そのエリア外であったとしても、こちらが興味を持った物件全て可能な限り内見させてくれた。私も自分で事前に調べた物件と担当の方が紹介してくれた物件を内見し、どうにか引越し先が見つかった。ただし、内見の際に使う車が全部外出している場合もあるので、待ち時間を減らす意味でも午前中あるいはお昼過ぎに相談しに行くのが良いと思う。私の担当の方はもちろん、他のスタッフの方も愛想が良く親切だったので、内見の行き帰りの車中は会話に困ることはないと思う(なかった)。 The office was a bright image with many male staff, located a 2-minute walk from the station.
