v	vip0038 szk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 約4年間住んだ住居から昨日退居しました。他の方が記載しているように中野店のスタッフは店舗への来店の際や電話対応共に良くも悪くもサッパリとした対応で暖かみはあまり感じられませんでした。聞いたことには答えてくれますがぶっきらぼうな印象が強めかな？退去立会時には始めてお世話になる担当者でしたが、各設備の点検項目が記載されたチェックシートなるものを元にかなり丁寧に確認され、汚れや破損等の部分には生活上で発生したものか入居当初のものか等ヒアリングをしっかりしてくれました。まだ退去費用精算前なのでなんとも言えませんが常識的な判定を期待しています。お世話になりました。 I moved out yesterday from the house I lived in for about 4 years. 阪	阪神ファン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本日14年7ヶ月住んだアパートから引っ越しました。退去立ち会い担当者は、4年前から更新担当でお世話になってる方で、丁寧に対応して頂きました。ガラスが熱割れで以前の不動産の方は直ぐに対応して頂けませんでしたが、こちらは直ぐに火災保険で対応して頂けました。退去では、劣化してるもの、通常で消耗したものは、きちんと判断してくれます。ただ私の場合は14年前に入居してるので、契約が今と変わっているものが多く、そこだけは、ごねりまくりました。退去対応は本当に良かったです。以前の不動産屋の対応があまりよくなく、例えば便座や郵便受けが劣化で外れても、画用紙を折り曲げて穴埋め程度の補強しかしてもらえなかったので、しっかり対応して頂けて本当に助かりました。他の方のコメントを今日初めて見て、えっ！そんな時代もあったのかなと、とても驚いてます。これから入居、退去考えてる方、しっかりお話しすればきちんと対応して頂けるのでご心配なさらないでください。約15年間お世話になりました。 I moved from the apartment where I lived for 14 years and 7 months today.
