かといって管理業務をきちんとやっているかというとそうでもなく・・「本店」のレビューを見ればわかります。老舗だからいいというわけではないので注意してください。
中野の不動産業者界隈では評判悪いですよ。

数ヶ月前に口コミにも多くかかれてる岡部さんという方に担当いただきましたが、内見中に他のお客さんの電話を複数件対応し、我々の前で氏名旧住所新住所のマンション名と部屋番号までしゃべっていました。個人情報保護の配慮が全くありません。
会社としては地元密着で中野近辺の情報に大変精通しているようですので、住みたい場所がある程度決まっているのであればよいと思います。

事前に希望エリア、予算をメールで伝え、予約をして伺いました。
そのためか、とってもスムーズにお話し、案内をしていただけました。
対応していただいた女性スタッフの提橋さんには、丁寧に対応していただいて感謝、感謝です。
おかげで何とか住むところを決められました。
色々、書かれてますが、地域で永く営業できるのって、こういう当たり前だと思われている事の積み重ねなんだなと、改めて感じました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前から友達に中野や中野周辺で住む所探すなら松崎ハウジングが良いよと聞いていて今回初めて伺いました。最初は店内に入りずらかったですが入口で声を掛けてもらえて入れました。予約もしてなかったですし、雨で天気も悪かったですが丁寧に色々な物件を見せてくれました。直ぐには見つからないと思っていましたが、お陰で良い物件が見つかって良かったです！有難う御座います！
