As the several tables filled around us we enjoyed ice cold beer and sat watching her do her thing with layers of crepe and vegetables, offering up several varieties of totemo oishi Hiroshima okonomiyaki to share hot from the grill....as well as being entertained by Ahya and her wonderful offsider. I cannot forget to mention the gargantuan but totally delectable oysters we had to start that were farmed by Ahya’s father. Unforgettable evening.

Don't let the limited English deter you, we just showed our amazinf chef Ahya Google review images of okonomiyaki that we wanted and she went straight to work! The food and atmosphere was amazing! They are very attentive and kept our glasses filled! A must while in Hiroshima!
