麺の周りが少しパリパリになっていて美味しい。
ボリュームも多過ぎず仕事の日のランチにちょうどいい。

初めて行った時は麺が焦げ過ぎでカリカリなところが微妙でした
それから3ヶ月位経ちましたが結構マトモになってます
値上がったら行かないレベルですが

お好み焼きそば肉玉が550円はめっちゃ安いです。
味も確かながら、丁寧に焼かれてます。
キャベツは一つ一つスケールに乗せて計ってから鉄板へ
生地でフタしたキャベツは蒸し焼きにするのに空気を入れるように何回かほぐしながらも焼きが入るような作業。
ソースがミツワなのもこちらのお店の特徴の一つです。
丁寧に焼かれてて、仕上がりまで時間が掛かるので、ランチタイムは時間に余裕があるときか、電話で予約してからの訪問がお勧めです。

小さな、昔ながらのこれぞ、広島のお好み焼き！
お好み焼きに600円以下。これが普通なのに最近は高級化してしかも創作がふえて、本質が失われつつある。
ここ、近所で食べる ごはんとしてのお好み焼き。
ただ、これがおたふくソースなら、なおいいんだけどね～ちょっと残念。
