綾	綾田敏子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 神谷町でお腹いっぱい各種フライ系お食事を頂ける『食工房なかえ』様で、日替わりメニュー『もりあわせ９９０円（２０２２年２月）』を頂きました。店頭のA看板には『チキンカツ』『ロースかつ』『カニクリームコロッケ』『エビフライ』等フライ系メニューが綺羅星のごとく、さらになぜか『ナポリタン』や『ソフトドリンク』なんかも充実していて、揚げ物屋さんと喫茶店が融合したようなメニューに魅かれて入店させて頂きました。早速店内のホワイトボードを拝見すると、日替わりメニューが４品も！最近の『メニューを絞っていこう』という風潮とは真逆のお客様ライクな設定です。早速、大好きな『アジフライ』と『エビフライ』を両取り出来る夢のメニュー『もりあわせ』をオーダー。サーブ頂くと、千切りのキャベツの山に立てかけられるように『エビフライ＆アジフライ』が直立するスタイルです。頂くと、衣が少し固めザクザク系厚衣、アジはホロホロ、たっぷりのタルタルスタイルです。店内は、男性のお客様が多く、１２時ごろにはほぼ満席、お隣のお客様は、マヨネーズをお願いしていて、別皿で頂けていたので、マヨラーの方もキャベツワシワシ頂けると思います。 At "Shokukobo Nakae", where you can enjoy various fried meals in Kamiyacho, we received the daily menu "Mori Happiness 990 Yen (February 2022)".
