★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冷静に評価すると、フツーだと思います。
こういう洋食屋さんは減っているとは思いますが、その中では至ってフツーです。お値段もランチとすれば妥当です。並んでまで食べるものでもないと思います。
平日お昼過ぎに、訪問。２０分以上は待ちました。
先にオーダーするので、席に座るとすぐに頂けます。
逆に少したったものが提供されています。
まあまだ冷めてはいませんが、それもどうかと思います。
椅子に座ると現金で先払いです。
オムライスにミニハンバーグのトッピングで注文しました。オムライスはバターの風味が豊かで、口に入れるとその風味が鼻から抜け心地良いです。サイズは普通です。
卵は薄く、カリッとしてます。よく包んだなって感覚です。付け合せはキャベツと、ケチャップスパゲティ。ボリューム感はこちらが演出してると掴みました。
ミニハンバーグはナツメグが効いてフワッとした感じ、肉汁ジュワッとではないです。デミグラスソースもフツーです。忙しいお店ですが、店員さんはガサツではなく丁寧です。そこは好感が持てます。後ろに行列があるのでゆっくりは食べられません。みんなかき込むように食べています。
特徴はバターが効いたオムライスと、タップリボリュームケチャップスパゲティです。それに惹かれるならいいお店だと思います。自分は、あんなに並ぶなら、もういいかなという感想です。オススメはしません。

夕方に行ったのでハンバーグが切れていたのが残念。
いま、絶滅危惧種のケチャップオムライスが期待通りの味でとても美味しかった。
また繁盛店なので人の裁き方もうまく並んで待っていても嫌な気持ちがしない。
隣のおじさんがカレー頼んでたけどとても美味しそうだった。
また行きたい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ みんなが撮ってるオムライスが撮りたくて、来ました。夕方16時にいつもの並びが無くて、すんなり着席。オムライス！にミニハンバーグをトッピング。バターの香りがすぐに来ました。ナポリタンもキャベツもボリューム良し。洋食屋さんはこれじゃなきゃ。満腹と満足です。

平日12時半ごろ、10人ちょっとの行列。
これぐらいなら許容範囲。
さすが新橋ながら、お客さんはほとんど男性サラリーマン。
オーダーは、やはり外せないオムライス。
オプションで、ミニハンバーグ+ 250円
狭いカウンター席のみだが、みんな黙々と食べている。
並んでいる最中にオーダーを取り、席につくとすぐに食べられる。
やはりオムライスは伝説の美味しさ。
バターのコクがあって、昔ながらのオムライスではあるが、どこか違う。
ハンバーグもきめが細かく、固定的な味わいながらもどこが違う。
お味噌汁もついて、おいしかった。
やはりサラリーマンが選ぶ店にはハズレなし！
並んででも食べたいとは、まさにこの店のオムライスのためにある言葉であろう。

老舗の昔ながらのオムライスが食べられるということで前々からチェックはしていましたがタイミングが合わず、念願の訪問となりました。
今回注文したのは、オムライス900円と、ミニハンバーグ250円です。
大きな皿にオムライス、ナポリタン、キャベツ、ミニハンバーグがパンパンに置かれています！
どれも期待以上の大きさで、大盛りにしなくてもボリュームがあります。
オムライスはバターの良い香りがします。
ケチャップをしっかりと纏っているチキンライスは濃厚な味わいで、卵との相性は最高です！
ちょこっと入っているグリーンピースと鶏肉が嬉しいですね☺️
ナポリタンもケチャップがしっかりと！
オムライスと味が重なってしまうため、メニューにドライカレーがあったのに納得しました。
それでも十分美味しいです！
キャベツもたくさん入っており、ここで野菜を補給ですね(笑)
ハンバーグは肉がぎっちりと入っていて、柔らかく、美味しかったです！
これは頼む価値ありですね?
茶碗に入っている味噌汁は、出汁が効いててしっかり目の味わいでした。
店員さんが何度も水を交換してくれてサービスも良いお店でした☺️
とても満足度の高いお店だったので、是非再訪したいと思いました。

I visited Musashiya in Shinbashi.
I had been checking for a long time because I could eat the long-established old-fashioned omelet rice, but the timing was not right and it was a long-awaited visit.
I ordered omelet rice for 900 yen and mini hamburger for 250 yen.
Omelet rice, Neapolitan, cabbage and mini hamburger steak are placed on a large plate!
All of them are larger than expected and have a lot of volume even if you don't make them large.
Omelet rice has a nice buttery scent.
The chicken rice, which is tightly wrapped in ketchup, has a rich taste and goes great with eggs!

I was convinced that there was dry curry on the menu because the taste overlapped with the omelet rice.
Still delicious enough!

The miso soup in the bowl had a good soup stock and had a good taste.
The clerk exchanged water many times and the service was good ☺️
