The portion is on the smaller side so people that would like to get completely stuffed should maybe order an appetizer or a dessert at the end. :)

One side of the restaurant is just floor to ceiling glass looking out to a beautiful Japanese garden with small waterfall and maple trees. Really really pleasing to the eye. We had their lunch specials and it was very good. The 1500 JPY lunch set came with a lot of small dishes (meat patty, tempura prawn etc...). The other 2000 JPY set is the signature beef bowl. It was also good but the beef slices were very thin so I couldn’t taste much of the beef. So I think the 1500 JPY set was a better order.

A	A U on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a bit pricey, but ambiance is good and food is yummy! I liked the beef bowl and the grilled fish. Not so much of a fan of their sauted fish though, I feel like there's too much butter. Service is nice too, but it's sometimes difficult to call someone's attention while seated. I think people just normally shout "sumimasen" to call the waiter but I'm too shy to do that lol. You can also order food for takeout, but they won't include the miso soup anymore. The reception is nice and very accommodating. I also order the beef bowl for takeout sometimes. It's yummy!
相	相馬克範 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Akasaka's specialty "Beefsteak bowl". With just the right amount of charcoal scent, The juicy fat of the meat spreads in your mouth. It's so soft that you can easily cut it with almost no teeth! I tasted it while slowly melting the butter. Since the main ingredients are meat and sauce, I didn't seem to be so particular about pickles and miso soup. I felt the unique acidity of the salad dressing was fresh. The price is quite high. I think it is suitable for anniversaries. However, lunch was a price that even students could serve if they worked hard. You can eat in a relaxed and calm atmosphere. You can use a credit card. There are also counter seats.

Went there today with my wife and baby girl in her stroller, we were 8th in line when they opened for lunch on a common weekday. We asked if the stroller was an issue and they said no and led us to our seats. A few minutes after we were seated they told us we'd have to move so they could seat others at our table, we said ok. They then marched us to the front of the restaurant made us wait a little bit more and then proceeded to tell us it will be an hour and 10 minutes wait (for lunch on a weekday after we were already seated). Even looking at the menu for simple Gyudon (beef bowl, not great cuts of steak) was $32 and omorice (omelette with rice inside) was $17, these are simple Japanese fares. For lunch price in this area, it extremely overpriced compared to other Steak restaurants. Overall a horrible experience, if they didn't want a stroller there that's fine they could tell us instead of parading us around and then kicking us out.
