数年前から大好きで通っています。 コロナで、早い時間、遅い時間は外まで並ばなくなりましたが、物価の高騰でこちらも例外なく値上げですね。お肉が高くなってきてるので仕方ないかなとも思います。どちらも美味しいのでいつもソースとおろしで迷います。追加肉も値上げになりましたねぇ。

ニュー新橋ビルB1Fに店を構え、お昼時は行列が出来る牛かつ屋さん。 店内は昭和の喫茶店みたいな趣き。 カウンター席は一人でも入り易いね。 牛かつはレアに仕上がっていて、わさび醤油か、特製ゴマソースで頂く。 衣は薄めでサクサク。肉は柔らかくてわさび醤油がさっぱりしてて旨い。 が、塩コショウがあんま利いてないってゆうか、使ってないのか? カツは基本下味の塩コショウだけで、何も付けないのがタイプなだけに、おか田を存分に楽しめなくて残念。。 全体的にあっさりしてヘルシー感よりなので、カツにはジューシーな脂を期待してるカツラーな人達にはちょっと物足りないかな?
