★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 飲み会の帰りに夜8時頃に友人と2人で伺い、野菜炒めと餃子とラーメンを頂きました。野菜炒めはビシャッとした感じで今一でしたが餃子とラーメンはソコソコでした。
On the way back from the drinking party, I visited with a friend around 8 pm and had stir-fried vegetables, dumplings and ramen. The stir-fried vegetables were not so good, but the dumplings and ramen were sloppy.

チャーハンはプロの味でしたが、私にはちょっとしょっぱかった。
タンメンはキャベツの代わりに青菜が使われていて独特な味でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シットリした味のチャーハンで美味かったのに、作り手が若くなりパラパラのチャーハンに…美味いんだけど、何処でも食えるパラパラのチャーハンは求めてない。
The fried rice with a crispy taste was delicious, but the maker became younger and it became a fried rice ... It's delicious, but I'm not looking for a fried rice that can be eaten anywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 秋田には味噌チャンポンが有名？との事で、このチャンポンがそうかなと思い、注文。
見た目通り味噌ではなかったです。
味はなんと言っていいか分からず、魚介が入ってるわけでもないのに生臭さが目立ってました。
次なる来る機会があれば口コミにあるように炒飯頼もうかと思います。
Is Miso Champon famous in Akita? So I thought this champon would be so, so I ordered it.
It wasn't miso as it looked.
I didn't know what the taste was, and even though it didn't contain fish and shellfish, the fishy odor was noticeable.
If I have a chance to come next time, I think I'll ask for fried rice as in the word of mouth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ずっと気になっていた金華園。やっと訪問できました。本日はラーメンをいただきました。屋台ラーメンを彷彿させるあっさりスープと細麺で箸が進みました。〆に最高かと思います。
Kinkaen that I've always been interested in. I was finally able to visit. I had ramen today. The chopsticks advanced with a light soup and thin noodles reminiscent of street ramen. I think it's the best.
