★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中華にしてはあまり油が強くなくて、美味しかったです。鶏？家鴨？のカリカリしたやつ(名前わからない)とおこげが個人的に好き。
The oil was not so strong for Chinese and it was delicious. chicken? Domestic duck? I personally like the crispy guy (who doesn't know his name) and the stomach.

僕の好物である黄ニラを多用する料理が多いのも嬉しいです。
最近息子さんが帰ってきて親方の後を継いでるようです。
腕も良いですしこれからが楽しみです。
