高	高山博之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 勉強会で秋田市行き。お昼に前から気になってた中華料理屋さん「雪梅」さんへ。土日でもランチがあり（日替わりは除く）があり、有り難かったです。オーダーは、ランチメニューから「麻婆豆腐ランチ」を。麻婆豆腐もご飯もボリューム満点。しかも、ご飯のおかわり自由！まあ、おかわりは出来ませんでしたけどね（笑）麻婆豆腐は、辛味はお子さんも頼んでたくらいで、それほど強くはありません。辛さが苦手の方も大丈夫と思われます。豆腐の歯応えが、ツルツルシコシコで、面白いく美味しかったですよ(o^^o) そして、とにかくご飯が美味しい！新米だったかは聞きませんでしたが、ツヤツヤの見た目も噛んだ食感もお米の甘さも、私的には完璧でした(#^.^#) おかわりしてる人も沢山いたので、皆んな同じように思ってたことでしょう！他のメニューも是非確かめに再訪せねば(´꒳`) I went to Akita City for a study session. I didn't ask if it was new rice, but the glossy appearance, chewy texture, and sweetness of the rice were perfect for me (# ^. ^ #) There were a lot of people who were refilling, so I think everyone thought the same way! I have to revisit other menus to make sure (* ´꒳` *)
