★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人に連れて行って貰った。ご主人は北海道の方だそうで、北海道産の美味い新そばをせいろでいただいた。薬味は山葵ではなく、辛味大根。また飲んべえ用にアテのセットがあって、奴、焼き味噌、蒲鉾、つくね等色々あってお値打ちである。その他、青菜の胡麻和え、キノコの天ぷら、蒟蒻の田楽等、アテ充実しまくっていてみな美味しい。しかも値段はリーズナブル。関西在住なのでちょいちょい通うわけに行かないので、近所にこんな店あったら良いなあ、と思う。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【禁煙?】美味かった。新そばの時期ってのもあるけど、どこ産か店頭に明記してくれてるし、中太の蕎麦は歯応えと香りを両立。今回はせいろを食べたけど、どうやら鴨が名物なようなので、ちょっとお値段張るけど鴨せいろを次回は検討したい。
蕎麦屋のカツ丼とか他にもメニューあるけど、せいろを食べた限り他のメニューも美味いはず。隣の人が食べてた鱧せいろも美味そうであった。ごちそうさまでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3~4回来店したが、総じて悪くないものの、三鷹駅近辺は蕎麦激戦区なので順位は下がる。駅まで来たけど南口までは行かないかな、という時はここ。あてもあるので飲みでも使える。
欠点は天ぷらが、まるで家庭で作ったような感じで、カラっと揚ってないこと。鴨も薄いので割高感がある。

ですが、若干注文の多い料理店です。ランチタイムに利用しました。色々言われるのが嫌な人には向きません。丁寧に説明してくれたので、自分は嫌じゃありませんでした。
入口でコロナ対策についてひとしきり説明を受けます。
1、滞在は30分を目安とすること
2、食事中を除きマスク着用のこと
3、会計はテーブルとする
説明後、消毒薬をワンプッシュするよう指示を受け、所定の席に着きます。
1、オススメの蕎麦はこれ
2、ご飯付きのセットメニューはこれ
3、お冷は配膳と同時に配布する
の説明を受けます。(※初回。2度目からは省略できそう)
メニューを選択し注文。しばらく待ちます。
配膳後、正しい食べ方について説明を受けます。
1、美味しい蕎麦なので、1口目はタレに漬けず食べること
蕎麦は田舎風で太く歯ごたえがあり、そばの風味がしっかりと味わえます。
タレは濃いめで、そば猪口に少しだけ入っています。どっぷり浸すのではなく、先端のみちょっと付けて食べることを想定していると思われますので、そうしました。薬味はワサビでなく、ネギと辛味大根かな。
要はそばの風味を壊さないという事に注力しているのでしょう。
カツ丼とのセットにしましたが、それも及第で美味しかったです。
タレが濃いせいか、蕎麦湯はそば粉を足した感じはせず、さっぱりとしており、食後にちょうどいい飲み口でした。
沢山食べたい人は、大盛にできそうなので、そうすると良いでしょう。自分は十分でした。
