中	中山誠 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JR三鷹駅のそば屋さん。改札内・外から入店できます。19時40分来店、お客が続々来店、回転率の高いお店です。店内は座れるカウンター席中心で広い造り。券売機で温かいそばを押し、追いエビかき揚げそば(490円)購入、受取りカウンターで食券番号を呼び出すセルフサービス方式。これから増えそうですね。かき揚げに桜エビがたっぷりのそば。ねぎは別皿で提供。濃いめのそば汁にエビの香りと風味でそばが旨い。唐辛子とすり胡麻で味変、そば湯で一息、ごちそうさまでした。約1ヶ月ぶり19時10分来店、相変わらずお客の回転率が高いです。いつもは蕎麦ですが、店舗限定武蔵野うどん肉ねぎ汁うどん(590円)を券売機で購入、注文。熱々の付けダレに冷たいうどん。麺の幅が不規則で固め、コシの有るうどんです。濃いめの豚肉、玉ねぎの付けダレがうどんに合います。途中冷めてくるので、熱々蕎麦湯で調整、完食完飲ごちそうさまでした。 A soba shop at JR Mitaka Station.
