★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天井からの水漏れを二ヶ月程放置されました。
最初に連絡してから一週間音沙汰なし、こちらからまた電話し、どうやら忘れていた様子。
大家さんとのやりとりも間に入っているだけで
『伝えています』というのみ
そのくせその間も家賃の連絡は遅れずしてきます。
電話の対応も悪く、最低です。
壁にはシミができ、床には水の跡が残りました。一度も部屋を心配する様子はなく、勿論見に来ることもありませんでした。
最近アパートの担当を外されましみたいで凄く嬉しいです。
