★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 乳児が発熱し、近医からの紹介で救急外来を受診しました。
研修医？？の綺麗な先生でしたが、爪が1センチほどの長さでびっくりしました。元気そうですよ、と帰らされそうになったので、いつもと違うこと、これでもぐったりして元気がないことを強く伝えると、「自分は小児科ではないので、小児科の医師と相談します。」と言われました。念のため色々検査して頂き、即入院になりました。
小児科の担当医の先生は丁寧で物腰も柔らかく、とても良かったです。
入院中は先生をはじめ、病棟の看護師さん清掃の方など大変お世話になりました。
そのため、余計急外で見ていただいた先生が残念でなりません。
自分も医療従事者なので、爪が長いのはいかがなものかな？と思います。何科の専門か知りませんが、触診もまともに出来そうにない長さだし、衛生的にもありえないし切った方がいいです。

I'm also a medical professional, so how about having long nails? I think. I don't know what kind of specialty it is, but it's a length that doesn't seem to be able to be palpated properly, and it's not hygienic, so it's better to cut it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1）建物が立派で安心したが、裏切られた感。人間性の未熟な医師、自分の言葉がどんな風に届くか考えが無い。明らかに社会経験に欠けている。たった一人でもそれがその医療機関のイメージになる。素人考えで、ネットでこんな治療を見つけたと相談したら、「教科書に無い」と、さすがに呆れてしまった。医療業界にいたから理解はできるが。これじゃ担当医として信頼できない。
2）コロナ禍で面会できないのは理解できる。しかし、死を前にしている患者と家族にはとても大切な時間なのに残酷だ。特別扱いはできないと言うけれど、死を前にどんなに孤独だったろうかと思うと胸が苦しくなってくる。最後くらい温かい配慮が欲しかった。

I say I can't treat it specially, but it makes me sick when I wonder how lonely I was before my death. I wanted warm consideration at the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 母親と私がお世話になりました。母親の最初の主治医はロボットのような方で、回路にないことを言うと不機嫌な態度をとり、人の気持を理解出来ない言動でした。主治医が移動になり代わりましたが、そのあとの先生は母親も安心できたようです。
コロナ禍で面会禁止。面会出来たときにはひどい状態でした。本当に見ていただけていたのかと思うほど。何もできないのであれば、無理矢理連れて帰ればよかったです。
私は、退院時に診療明細書を間違えて他人のを渡されました。後日、返却し正式なものを渡されました。私の死産したと記載がある明細書は誰が持っていかれたのでしょう。破棄したかも、返却されたかもわからず、精神的に苦痛を受けました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子どもが小児科にRSからの肺炎で入院しました。食事中に咳上げで出された食事に嘔吐物がかかってしまったので、万が一を考え食事を袋に入れて食器を片付けようとしたところ、看護師さんに｢食べなさいよ｣と注意されました。
あまりのことにビックリしてしまい｢いや、さすがに…｣としか返答が出来ないでいると｢自分の吐いたものなら大丈夫でしょうが｣と言われました。
結局、私には食べるという考えは出来ず食べさせることなく片付けましたが、不服そうな顔をされました。私は間違っているのか？と思うほどです。
小児科の先生たちは本当に優しく子どもに寄り添ってくださったのに、この看護師さんだけは最悪な印象しかありません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2014年に整形外科で左膝半月板損傷手術、2021年に産婦人科で出産、健診などいつもお世話になっている病院です。
整形外科はセカンドオピニオンでかかりましたが、他整形外科では見落とされていた箇所もしっかりとみていただきました。
術後から6年経ちましたが、経過は良好です。
産婦人科も女医の方が多く、はじめての出産で不安ばかりの入院生活でしたが、三階東病棟の看護師さん方がわからないことを全て丁寧に教えてくださりました。
待ち時間は長いですが、休診日も時間外で対応してくださりいつも大変お世話になっております。
ただ、時間外受付の中年男性の方の対応はあまりいいとは思えません。電話応対も雑で不快に思う時もあります。
それ以外はとても綺麗で設備もしっかりしている良い病院だと思います。
これからも利用させていただきます。

Although the waiting time is long, we are always indebted to you for responding after hours even on holidays.
However, I don't think the response of middle-aged men who accept overtime is very good. Sometimes the telephone response is messy and uncomfortable.
Other than that, I think it is a good hospital that is very clean and well equipped.
We will continue to use it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible receptionist service and phone service. Irresponsible. My wife called in to make an appointment for our baby and they said we should just come in and we drove half an hour down to be told we need an appointment. This is not an isolated incident, previously they asked us to wait for our turn, and we waited half an hour only for them to discover they forgot about us. Always ask who is on the phone whenever you call in. Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While the facility and the staff look new and professional there are a few Doctors who are old and set in their ways. They have horrible bedside manner and quite rude when dealing with patients and do not like to be questioned about their diagnosis or for clarification. The younger doctors are trained a bit better and most do speak some medical English even though they say they don’t because they aren’t conversational. Just hope the younger doctors do not follow the older doctors example tho.
