★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買い物中のパニック発作で救急に２、３回お世話になった事があります。
発作中は過換気症候群を起こしてうまく説明が出来なくなる為、休めば治ると言えなかったのでそのまま運ばれました。
救急を担当されていた女医さんに
「貴方以前も来たよねぇ？これ死なないって分かってるでしょ！？」
と言われた事は忘れていません。
点滴処置中、看護師さんに
「命の危険がないのに運ばれてすみません」
と何度も泣きながら謝ったのを覚えています。看護師さんは優しい方で、「大丈夫よ、ゆっくり呼吸して」と対応して下さいました。
あの名前も知らない女医さんには二度と会いたくないです。

消化器内科の原先生、循環器内科の野田先生、血液内科の加藤先生、予防接種センターの菊池先生、どの科の先生も受付の方、看護師の方も、皆さん本当に親身になって下さいました。大変ありがとうございました。
こんなに皆さんが親身になって下さる病院は初めてでした。今後は人間ドックでもお世話になる予定です。
近くにこんなに素晴らしい病院があることに感謝しています。
今後は健康第一でやっていきたいですが、もし調子が悪くなってしまったときは、またよろしくお願いします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日父が、体を悪くしたので付き添いでついて行きましたが、看護師さんの対応も的確でしっかり症状を聞いてくれて、スムーズに終えることができました。
ただ受付の事務員の方がひっきりなしにバタバタしておられ、保険証の提示、検温から受付まで相当時間がかかってしまったので、そこは少し残念でした。
ですがご多忙なのは重々承知しておりますので、もう少しスタッフを増やすなどして頂けるとスムーズになりそうな気もします。

受付の方はとても親切でしたが、その後の看護師さんの態度が最悪でとても悲しかったです。とても不安で連絡しているのに、電話の最初よりとても不機嫌な対応で、11時までしか対応しない。以前行った病院にでも連絡して自分で他の病院探して。かかりつけ医が対応していないことや、引越してきたばかりで土地勘がなく、大きな病院に連絡したことを伝えても、その病院が検査をしていなくてもこっちには関係ない、勝手に探してください。
不安と悲しさでいっぱいでした。
二度と連絡もしませんが、愛知県の主な相談窓口の9:00〜16:00の掲載を取り下げてください。今後も更に不安になる方が増えます。

認知症の疑いがあったので、不安になっていたのですが、看護師さんがとても良い方で、認知症だった時の対応の仕方や、困った時の電話相談先などの案内もあり、とても親身になって対応していただいたと感謝しております。
紹介状ありの初診？でしたが、1回目でここまで対応していただき感謝です！
病院の方針も良いと感じました。
色んな病院を探した結果ここに辿り着けて良かったです！！

私は、夜中に腹部と腰に感じたことのない痛みがあり、救急車でこちらに。
急性虫垂炎と診断されました。
『中程度なので、通院でも入院でも大丈夫ですよ。』と言われ、大事をとって入院を選択しました。
救急の先生は、
若い男の先生でしたが、とても話しやすく優しいお人柄の方でした。
看護師さんも皆さん優しかったです。
入院病棟の看護師さんも、皆さん本当に優しくて親しみやすく、忙しい中お話に付き合っていただいたり色々とお世話になり、感謝しかないです。
先生も穏やかでとても優しい方でしたし、こちらの要望にも応えてくださいました。外来受付事務の方も相談窓口の方もとても親切でした。
ただ、少しだけ…。
個室料金がお高めかな。あとは、電車が真横に走ってるので、なかなかうるさいです?
食事も単調かな…病院食なので仕方ないですよね。
入院中に初めて診ていただいた婦人科の男の先生は、残念ながら少し適当感を感じてしまいました?
なので☆4つで。
それ以外は、コロナ対策もしっかりされているし、外来の待ち時間も予約だととてもスムーズです。
血液センターの方方々もとても親切でしたし、皆さん本当に温かな対応をしてくださいました。
総合的に、とても温かな対応をしてくださる病院だと思います。
