探偵物語撮影中に優作さんが足繁く通ったという最早、伝説の店です。
チャンポンを食べて、長年に亘ってこの生き馬の目を抉るような中華街で商売をやって来れたことを納得。どこにでもありそうでどこにもない王道のチャンポン。チャーハンはザ町中華というお味でこちらも裏切りません。
儲かればそれでいいというタピ屋や占いや食べ放題に爪の垢でも煎じて飲ましてやってください。
チャンポンの他に餃子やモツ炒めやレバニラもありますので、飲み屋としても使えそうです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 歴史を感じさせる外観、中華街なのにチャンポン推し。そして何故かナポリタンまで提案するお店、長崎屋。中華街の中にあって異彩を放つこのお店がどうしても気になり、勇気を出して入店。
お世辞にも綺麗とは言えない内装だが、どこかホッとする雰囲気。ずっと昔に行ったことのある町の中華屋さんのようだ。
初入店なので、まずは定番と思われるチャンポンと餃子を注文。濃厚なチャンポンはコショウが効いているのか、舌にピリッと刺激がある。これは温まる。餃子も味が濃くてうまい。
店員さんの接客も温かみがあり、落ち着ける。これはいい店だ。長年愛される理由の一端を見たような気がする。一発で好きになった。また必ず行こうと思う。ナポリタンが気になる。

The interior isn't as beautiful as a compliment, but it has a relieved atmosphere. It's like a Chinese restaurant in a town I've been to long ago.
Since this is my first time to enter the restaurant, I ordered champon and dumplings, which seem to be standard. The rich champon has a tingling stimulus on the tongue, probably because the pepper is working. This warms up. The dumplings also have a strong taste and are delicious.
The customer service of the clerk is also warm and calm. This is a good store. I feel like I've seen some of the reasons why I've been loved for many years. I fell in love with it in one shot. I will definitely go again. I'm worried about Napolitan.

一人静かにゆっくり食べれれば
そんな中 見つけたお店
店内は２名のテーブル客のみで
カウンターは誰も居ない
中華丼と餃子 もうそれで良い
加もなく不可もない
中華丼 欲を言えばウズラの玉子の一つも入っていれば……
美味しいけど 少しさみしい
オイラのような中華丼でした

チャーハンは、しっとり系でネギ、チャーシュー、卵、美味しいです。
チャンポンは黒コショウが効いたスープ、麺もチャンポン麺で美味しい。
ただ、本場長崎で食べるのよりスープが薄い気がする。ので－⭐️１つ。

Fried rice is moist and delicious with green onions, char siu and eggs.
Champon is a soup with black pepper, and the noodles are also delicious with champon noodles.

お店はテーブル席二つにカウンターありますが、かなり狭いです。一人や少人数におすすめです。消毒液は色んなところに置いてあるのと、テーブル席にはアクリル板があります。
ちゃんぽんは海鮮はイカぐらいでしょうか。野菜はシャキシャキで、豚バラが入っています。
味付けはとても優しい感じで、黒コショウがたまにピリッとさせてくれます。
チャーハンは普通の味付けだとは思うのですが、お肉がこちらも豚バラ。これは面白い。焼豚を作るより圧倒的に作業時間が違うかも。特にそれほど違和感は食べててなかったです。
一番おいしかったのは餃子。餡が詰められてて、こういうパンパンの餃子が好みというのもありますが、ニンニクが効いてて、食欲をそそります。
またうかがいたいと思います。ごちそうさまでした。

The most delicious was dumplings. It's packed with bean paste, and I like this kind of dumplings, but the garlic is effective and it's appetizing.
