★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時間的にこれといったお店がなく、なんとなーく入ったラーメン屋さん。(ごめんなさい)
店内は、褒めちぎるほど綺麗ではないですが、綺麗にされています。
さて、券売機にてラーメン中盛り(かため、濃いめ)にキャベツトッピングを注文。
お水はセルフサービス。
ほどなくして着丼。
あー、良くある「家系を看板で全面に押し出してるのに、なんとなく何処も同じ味」のスープ。
麺もそう。
まあ、これはこれで不味くはないですが、やはり本当の家系とは違う家系ですよね。
最近はこの手の家系ラーメン屋の方が多い気がします。
ここも、同店名のお店が他にありますもんね。
いや、私は良いと思いますよ。
本当のところって、二郎にしても家系にしても、一部マニアたちの煽りのおかげで、入りにくいと感じてる人も多いとおもうので。
ただ、こちらの店主さん、人前でバイト？弟子？を怒鳴るのはやめてほしい。
こちら、飯食ってんのよ。
飯くらい良い気持ちで食いたいですよ。
ま、再訪する気持ちはないので、別にいいんですけど。

食券制で、券売機は入口入ってすぐ右にあります。
こちらでは家系には珍しい細麺(替玉可)があるようですが、何も言わずに食券を渡したら太麺が出てきました。
スープは店内で炊いたオーソドックスな家系スープで、豚骨臭さは全く感じませんでした。
麺は太麺で、モチモチとした食感が自分好みのタイプです。
卓上にはライス用と思われるふりかけの他に、コショウ、ニンニク、豆板醤、酢、胡麻、すり胡麻、フライドガーリックがありました。
特に尖った部分はなく、全体的にまとまっていて家系初心者にもオススメのラーメンです。

カエシがキリリと効いた本場家系スープとは違うポタージュを思わせるようなクリーミーなスープです。チェーン店のセントラルキッチンで作られるアノ味です。
店内で炊いているとのことですが、味としてはこの系統です。
カエシのキレを感じたい人には期待外れでしょうが、味自体は及第点と思います。

タイマーを使用しての麺茹でなので好みの反映も十分ですが、麺の力を感じるのは難しいと思います。普通です。

あと時間を変えてあと2回ぐらい行って、今後もいくか二度と行かないか判断したいです。

ネギ(辛)ラーメンに卵トッピングの食券購入
入ると店員さんが1人しかおらず食券と好みを聞きに来るまでに5分以上待たされました…。
脂少なめ、麺普通で注文しましたが脂めちゃくちゃ多いし麺も芯が残ってるぐらい固かったです。
写真見てもらうとわかりますが盛り付け方も汚いです。。
正直初めてラーメンで美味しくないと思ってしまいました…。。
前から気になっていたお店だったので残念です…

角煮ラーメン1050円にゆでキャベツドッピング150円の食券購入
脂なし、味薄めで注文しましたが、
スープがめちゃくちゃ味が塩しょっぱいし，麺もしょっぱいしさらに芯が残っている硬かったです。
我慢して麵と具材を食べた、さすがスープはしょっぱくて飲めませんでした。
味は塩しょっぱい以外なにも感じなかった、
店内炊き出し生ガラ100％スープの看板をひかれて、
1200円を出してこんなまずいラーメン想像もしなかった。
文句を言うと思って、店員さんがずっと片付けしにこなかった。
非常に不愉快です、
二度と行かない。
