★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 黒っぽくて平たい感じのそばに濃いめでちょっと甘い風味のつゆでした。おかめそばは具の種類がいまひとつです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山梨県内全体に言える事だが、食堂やレストランの昼の営業時間はAM11:30～PM2:00がほとんどである。
ところが、この『さか本』はPM3:00でも営業していた。諦めかけていた遅めのランチに救いの手を差し伸べて頂き感謝である。
今回は２人で、それぞれ『もりそば：500円』と『肉南ばんそば：650円』を発注。おやじさん一人での営業だが、他に１人の常連客のみだったので15分程で着丼。早速、実食！
もりそばの蕎麦は冷冷に締まっていない。コシはいまいちだが、モチモチした食感。汁は鰹出汁が影を潜めた香りや旨味を抑えた無難な仕上げだ。私は普段は薬味のネギやワサビを入れないのだが、この汁にはフルトッピングした。
一方、肉南ばんそばは着丼と同時に芳醇な香りで食欲をソソられる。
甘辛で煮た豚肉と細長く切った長ネギ。これは美味い！とても美味い！！
これで650円はリピートの価値ありだ。
この店で、天ぷらやご飯系を食べていないが、この甘辛系の味付けが美味さを期待させてくれる。
ごちそうさまでした。

This time, the two of us ordered "Morisoba: 500 yen" and "Meat Minami Bansoba: 650 yen" respectively. It's a business by the old man alone, but since there was only one other regular customer, it took about 15 minutes to get the bowl. Immediately eat!
Morisoba soba is not cold and cold. The texture is not good, but the texture is chewy. The soup is a safe finish that suppresses the aroma and umami of the bonito broth. I usually don't add spices such as green onions and wasabi, but I added full toppings to this juice.
On the other hand, Meat Minami Bansoba has a mellow scent at the same time as the rice bowl, which makes you appetite.
Pork boiled in sweet and spicy and long onions cut into strips. This is delicious! Very delicious! !!
With this, 650 yen is worth the repeat.
I don't eat tempura or rice at this restaurant, but this sweet and spicy seasoning makes me expect deliciousness.

お腹空いてたので、お邪魔しました。
店内も広く、対策はされていました。
蕎麦、もっちりした感じで、温かい物ならいいかも。
もりそばは、どうなのかなぁ～と思った。
