7	777 Tsuruton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車の不調の為電話をしました。不調内容を話した上で仕事の合間の短い時間ですがみてもらえますかと念のため聞いたところokと。ですが代車が今ないので車の貸し出しはできません。と言われとりあえず運転はできるので向かいました。到着し現場スタッフに不調内容を説明したところ確認と修理をするのに2〜3日、原因がすぐわかれば1日でお返しできますがただいま代車がありませんとの返答。どうすればいいかなと困り顔。仕事に戻らなければならなかったので帰りました。少し離れた場所から来たので行き帰りの時間、待ち時間共に無駄にしました。電話対応、お店対応共に丁寧な接客なだけに大変残念な気持ちになりました。 I called because of a car malfunction.
