★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ５年ぶりに訪れました。鳥モツ煮が忘れられなくてやっと訪れることができました。天蕎麦と鳥モツ煮を美味しくいただきました。ただ、コロナのせいかメニューは減っていました。
 I visited for the first time in 5 years. I couldn't forget the chicken motsuni and finally visited. We had delicious Tensoba and chicken motsuni. However, the menu was reduced probably because of Corona.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山梨来たら必ず寄る手打ち蕎麦屋です。20年来味が変わっていません。値段も少し上がった程度で良心的。
大盛り蕎麦ともつ煮定食が定番です。
It is a handmade soba restaurant that you will definitely stop by when you come to Yamanashi. The taste hasn't changed for 20 years. The price has risen a little and it is conscientious.
Boiled set meal with large soba noodles is a standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20年ぶりに伺わせていただきました！鳥モツ定食、天盛りそば、大盛りそば、温かい天ぷらそば、どれも変わらず、絶品でした。盛りそばはキンキンに冷えていて、温かい天そばは器も温かい。お客様も次から次へと入るようですが、夕方オープン時にすぐ行けたのでスムーズでした(*^^*)とてもオススメです♡
I visited you for the first time in 20 years! The chicken motsu set meal, tempura soba, large soba, and warm tempura soba were all excellent. Morisoba is cold and warm, and warm Tensoba is warm. It seems that customers are coming in one after another, but it was smooth because I was able to go immediately when it opened in the evening (* ^^ *) I highly recommend it ♡

そばも固め短めで美味しかった！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旅行で平日に開店直後に行きましたが、直ぐに満席になりました。お蕎麦は硬めでお汁のお出汁が美味しかったです。鶏のホルモンは美味しく色んな食感があり楽しめました。出来立てよりもちょっと冷めた方が味が染みて美味しさが増してたように感じます。
I went on a trip right after the store opened on weekdays, but it soon became full. The soba was hard and the soup stock was delicious. The chicken hormone was delicious and had various textures, so I enjoyed it. I feel that the taste is more soaked and more delicious when it is cooled a little than when it is freshly made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鳥モツハーフと上天蕎麦いただきました。鳥モツはクセがなく美味しかった。蕎麦もコシがあり、つゆとダシに負けていない感じであった。気取らない感じも高感度が高い。店内、コロナ対策よくなされています。
I had chicken motsu half and upper heaven soba. The chicken offal was delicious with no habit. The buckwheat noodles were also chewy, and I felt like I was not defeated by the soup stock and dashi stock. The unpretentious feeling is also highly sensitive. Corona measures are well taken in the store.

午後は５時からでしたが、５時半には満席となりました。
関東ナンバーの車が多かった気がします。
山梨名物、鳥もつを注文している方が多かったので私もお願いしました。
八丁味噌のような味噌を甘く味付けして、こってりした感じ。コリコリした部分と柔らかい部分とどちらも美味しい。
そばはしっかり歯応えのある麺です。
少なめの量なので、蕎麦湯でお腹一杯になりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a foreigner it was a great experience! Soba was nice and it's all you can eat if you get the right set. It was my first time having chicken hearts and they were actually nice. Bit chewy but other than that the flavour was fine so don't be scared! Make sure you go there with an empty stomach as it's a big meal
