N	N N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山賊焼と豚バラ軟骨と迷って決められなかったので、豚バラ蕎麦に山賊焼をトッピング。つゆは甘めで好きな味です。山賊焼が冷たかったので汁に浸して温めながら食べました。冷めててもやわらかいし味は美味しかったですが、ちょっとがっかり。豚バラ軟骨はとろっとろ。「黄そば」を頼むと中華麺、つまりラーメンになるそうですが、次はそれで食べたい。箸の先が太くてびっくりしました。 I couldn't decide between Sanzoku-yaki and pork cartilage, so I topped Sanzoku-yaki with pork rose soba. The soup is sweet and my favorite taste. Sanzoku-yaki was cold, so I dipped it in juice and ate it while warming it. It was soft and delicious even when it was cold, but I was a little disappointed. Pork rose cartilage is thick. It seems that if you order "yellow soba", it will be Chinese noodles, that is, ramen, but next time I want to eat it. I was surprised that the tip of the chopsticks was thick.
Y	Yuuu S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 塩尻にある山賊そばが気になってましたが、こちらのそばが美味しそうでしたので、普通列車を乗り継いで小淵沢へ。改札の外に出て左に進んだところにあります。山賊黄そば(中華麺)に豚バラ軟骨をトッピング。山賊焼(大きい鶏の唐揚げ)はしっかり味がついていて、我孫子駅の唐揚げそばより好みの味でした！欲を言えば、もっとカリカリしていればっ、、、豚バラ軟骨は非常に柔らかく、量も入っていました。スープは少し甘めで濃すぎず、山賊焼とのバランスが良かったと思います！ごちそうさまでした！ I was curious about the bandit soba in Shiojiri, but this soba looked delicious, so I took a regular train to Kobuchisawa. カ	カワマツカッパぱ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大変美味しかったです。お肉が入ったうどんを食べましたが凄く柔らかくて美味しかったよ。次回はそばも食べてみたいです。お値段500円以内のメニューが大半でお手頃ですよ。ハイキングの方々もよく寄られる感じでした。冬は体も暖まって良いですね。信玄餅も少ないけど販売してます。新聞も売ってますね。 It was delicious. m	masumi suzuki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回は山賊そばを注文しました 8名ほど並びましたが料理が出るまで早かったです(^^)唐揚げはお肉が柔らかくしっかり味がついている、豚バラ軟骨もしっかり味がついておりお肉も柔らかくて美味しかったです！蕎麦は柔らかめで短い？！つゆの味は普通でした。お店の雰囲気などは綺麗で清潔感もあってトータル3つ星⭐️⭐️⭐️良かったのですが、個人的にメニューの写真など何もなくわからなかったのと、駅そばは駅ホームにあり寒い場所で食べたいなぁ。ちょっと古びた老舗がいいなぁと思うところがありました。ごちそうさまでした?‍? D	Dejris Osterski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a perfect example of station standing noodle bar - fast, tasty (with some quite original flavouring), cheap, warming and fulfilling. Absolutely worth visiting before boarding the train, especially if you are caught off guard as we were... This might not seem so but Kobuchizawa really is a mountain place and as in the mountains the temperature drops quite significantly when the evening arrives. So the warm bowl of such tasty noodles hits the spot marvellously. And also it is a pleasant experience to watch the friendly staff cheerfully and professionally busy behind the counter, kind of like an essence of such establishments...
