★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 13:00頃に行きましたが数組待ちで14:00前に入れました。綺麗な店内でお蕎麦も全部美味しかったです。遅い時間だったのでご飯が一膳しかなかったです?

空間を広くとり、旧家を思わせるお蕎麦が美味しいお店です。オススメは天ざる。
つけ汁は２種類。田舎と江戸前だったかな？
天ぷらはあげたてで美味しいです。
A calm appearance, go through the dive door and enter the store.
It is a restaurant with a large space and delicious soba noodles reminiscent of an old house. I recommend Tenzaru.
There are two types of soup. Was it in the countryside and in front of Edomae?
The tempura is fresh and delicious.

長森さんでお蕎麦。
しっかりとした美味しいお蕎麦。
遅めのランチだったこともあり、混雑もなく入店できた。
入口の背が低いのも有名である。
季節限定のきのこの蕎麦を頂いた。
蕎麦つゆは田舎（甘め）と江戸前（濃いめ）を選べて嬉しい感じ。
しっかりとしたこちらの蕎麦には個人的に江戸前のつゆがオススメ。
両方選べるので食べ比べも楽しい。
キノコの天ぷらも見事で、サクッフワッとしていて美味しかった。
天ぷらがサックリしていて素材の美味しさがよくわかり美味しかったので、丼物も期待できる気がする。
残念ながら十割蕎麦は売り切れてしまっていた。
次回があればまた食べたい。
21/11/04 Soba shop Nagamori and its surroundings late lunch?
Soba noodles with Mr. Nagamori.
Firm and delicious soba.
Because it was a late lunch, I was able to enter the store without congestion.
It is also famous that the entrance is short.
I got a seasonal mushroom soba.
Soba soup is nice to choose between the countryside (sweet) and Edo-mae (dark).
I personally recommend Edomae soba for this solid soba.
You can choose both, so it's fun to eat and compare.
The mushroom tempura was also wonderful, crispy and delicious.
The tempura was crispy and the deliciousness of the ingredients was well understood and delicious, so I feel that I can expect bowls as well.
Unfortunately, 100% buckwheat noodles were sold out.
I want to eat again next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古民家のお蕎麦屋。土曜日３時頃に入店したので、空いていました。
広い座敷にテーブルがいくつかあり、仕切りはありません。
足が悪く正座が難しいのですが、座椅子があったので借用しました。
今回は野菜天ざるを注文。つゆは薄口と濃口が選択できます。希望すれば両方持ってきてくれるので、食べ比べもできます。
新潟の地酒、八海山純米大吟醸1合も頂きましたが良心的な値段でした。この日のお通しは数の子が入っていて、お得感がありました。
A soba restaurant in an old folk house. I entered the store around 3 o'clock on Saturday, so it was vacant.

I had a bad leg and it was difficult to sit upright, but I borrowed it because there was a sitting chair.
This time I ordered a vegetable colander. You can choose light or dark soup. If you wish, they will bring you both, so you can compare them by eating.
I also got 1 go of Hakkaisan Junmai Daiginjo, a local sake from Niigata, but it was a reasonable price. There were a number of children on this day, and it was a great deal.
