★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内にクレジットカード使用可能シールが貼ってあり、自身も過去に3回ほど、同じ外人の男性にクレジットカード決算をしてもらいました。本日行きいつもと同じくクレジットカードでお願いしますと言うと、その外人の男性が嫌な顔をし数秒考え『カードは使えません』と言われたので、なぜですか？と問うと、『店長しか使い方分からない』と怒った様子で言われ、以前に3回ほどあなたにクレジットカード決算してもらってますが？と言うと、動揺した様子で『クレジットカードの機械が壊れました』と言われました。クレジットカード機械が壊れているのなら、初めからそう言うと思うのでおそらく嘘を言ってるのでしょうけど、とても不快でした。理由はめんどくさかった、クレジットカードの機械の締めをしていた、クレジットカード決算の手数料が取られるのが嫌だったなどと考えますが、おそらくあの様子はめんどくさかっただけでしょう。私も飲食店の店長をしてる身です。自店舗の売り上げを逃す、評価を落とす様なスタッフはすぐさま教育をした方がいいと思います。もう2度と行きません。(本日1月10日スタッフは男性2人の内、カタコトの細い男性良く夜に出勤しています。

急遽近くのお店を調べて入店。
あまり期待していなかったのですが、そこそこ美味しい博多らーめんで良かったです。
池袋は駅から離れてもご飯やさんがいっぱいありますね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東十条店の炒飯は激マズだったが、ここは今も作りおきはしていないようで、味付けもよかったです。
オーダーの度に白米から炒め、油はラードを使っていて、これぞ長浜やのおいしい炒飯でした。
ラーメンも安定のクオリティで、この値段でこのクオリティなら満足でした。
The fried rice at the Higashijujo store was extremely bad, but it seems that it hasn't been prepared yet, and the seasoning was good.
Every time I ordered, I fried rice from white rice and used lard as the oil, which was delicious fried rice from Nagahama.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もう久しく本場のとんこつラーメンから遠ざかっているので感覚が正しいのか､､､定かではないんですけどね。
11時45分頃に入店。
千切りネギらーめんと半チャーハンセットに替玉を買って1050円です。本場 博多ラーメンのイメージでは1000円越えないどころか800円くらいな感じはしますけど、ここは東京ですので。
最初の一杯の麺は普通にしてみました。
なかなか柔め、スープは比較的あっさりのコク旨な感じです。博多ラーメンというよりは長浜ラーメンなのでしょうか⁉︎看板通りと言っておきます。
非常にクリーミーな豚骨スープでサラッといただけました。チャーシューもローストポークか！って具合の良い風で気に入りました。
チャーハンもなかなか美味しい✨
なんて言ってる間に12時を回った途端に店は満席になっており、1人2人の待ちまで発生中です。
近くに何軒かラーメン屋があるのに混むのは人気なのかもしれないです。
替玉は硬めでお願いしました。このくらいがちょうどいいですね。

It's been a long time since I've been away from the authentic tonkotsu ramen, so I'm not sure if the feeling is correct.

I bought a spare ball for shredded green onion ramen and half fried rice set for 1050 yen. The image of authentic Hakata ramen is about 800 yen instead of over 1000 yen, but this is Tokyo.
I tried to make the first cup of noodles normal.
It's quite soft and the soup is relatively light and rich. Is it Nagahama ramen rather than Hakata ramen?
It was very creamy pork bone soup and it was refreshing. Is char siu also roast pork? I like it because of the nice wind.
Fried rice is also quite delicious ✨
As soon as I went around 12 o'clock, the store was full, and I was waiting for one or two people.
It may be popular to be crowded even though there are several ramen shops nearby.
I asked for a stiffer replacement ball. This is just right.

会社近くのラーメン屋さん。以前は徳島ラーメンだったか。店頭のPOPには「辛さの中に旨みあり」とありますが、あっさりめの博多ラーメンに唐辛子ベースの辛味が足されている模様。辛ラーメンぽい。辛味に負けない旨味を感じるほど濃厚な豚骨でも無く他の出汁で旨味を補っている感じも無し。麺はやや加水率高めの細麺。接客は素晴らしかったのですが。むー。

A ramen shop near the company. Was it Tokushima ramen before? The POP at the store says, "There is umami in the spiciness," but it seems that the spiciness of the chili pepper base is added to the light Hakata ramen. It's like spicy ramen. The pork bones are not so thick that you can feel the umami that is comparable to the spicy taste, and there is no feeling that the umami is supplemented with other soup stock. The noodles are thin noodles with a slightly higher water content. The customer service was great. Mmm.
