NA Sports Club A-1 - Shibuya City

キッズスイミングに2年間通っていました。 30級からのスタートで 23級？くらいの けのび5Mで6回も不合格です。 息子の運動センスのなさも相成り 親も子もモチベーション下がりました。 2年間でけのびまで そのうち半年間がけのびですよ(笑) 次の級でも合格者がなかなか出ないため空きがでるまで 現状維持していると感じました。 違和感を感じすぐに退会。 少し離れたスイミングでは プールが楽しいこと、泳げるようになる喜び、コーチが大好きとめきめきと成長して1年で平泳ぎまで行けました！ 2年でけのびと 1年で平泳ぎ！ 立地も大事だけどやっぱり 運営方針って大事だなと思いました。

地元や近所の方向けなスポーツクラブになります。ランニングマシーン(tv.youtubeが見れます)プール、クライミング、シュミレーションゴルフ(有料)、RPMなど、多くの設備がある他に、エステや整骨院などの女性向けの有料サービスが充実しております。また、お子様向けのスイミングスクールが設けられております。自分のオススメは2階にあるスポーツジムには設置が少ないクライミングミルで汗をかいた後にテラスで涼みます。不満があるとすれば、少し休みが多いかなという印象。利用者のマナーの問題は近隣の方向けのスポーツセンターなので許容できないなら、駅前のジムに行くか、西原のスポーツセンターに行って下さいという印象。自販機にはアイスとジュースに加えて、小食用に一口おかきが売っております。

一年以上通ってます。清潔だし、広いです。駐輪場はあるものの、日中はユーザーが外に乱雑に停めてる印象。自分が使う時間帯は問題ないです

オンラインを利用しています。クオリティの高いレッスンを遠方にいながらもスタジオで受けてるような感じで参加できて楽しいです。

レズミルズのオンラインレッスンが楽しいです。 大西先生のボディパンプの大ファンです。筋肉痛がきて、最高です。

古き良き時代からの老舗スポーツジムです。とにかくマシンが豊富で、天井も高く密になることはまずないと思われます。 ホームページにアクセスすると、現在の利用人数も表示され、混みを避けることが可能です。 といっても、現在はコロナの影響で混んでることはほとんどないです。 プールもサウナもあり、施設全体古い事が気になる人は気になるかもしれませんが、存続し続けて欲しいジムです。 10月から値上がりするようですが、その分ジムエリアの休館日がなくなり、毎日24時間営業になるのは嬉しいです。 施設は古いですが、突如珍しい最新のマシンなどが導入されたりもしている感じです。私が気に入っているのはエスカレーターマシン。延々、階段登りが出来ます。

The sportscenter is super big and really nice ?

For the first time in my life, I came face to face with racism in this Sports Club. If you're not Japanese, and you don't like being discriminated against then you wouldn't enjoy being a member of this gym. I signed up for a long-term membership, but I was harassed by the staff members for a flower tattoo on the back of my neck. They didn't even try to check if this tattoo was real, they simply asked me to leave. I asked them "How do you know I have a flower tattoo?" and they said "A staff member saw it". I said "Who?" and they said they can't tell me due to privacy protection policies. I said "What about my privacy? Why is your staff member checking out my body when I'm exercising?" I protested and explained the culture of tribes and tattoos and even gave them signed reference letters from the President of the Olympic Committee of Cyprus and former Minister of Education of Cyprus. I also gave them information about my volunteer work in Tohoku area in 2011. Two of my Japanese coworkers kindly joined me in a long discussion with this gym's staff members. At first, they lied to us and said their manager was not available. A man named Mr. Saito talked to my coworkers for a long time and was really rude, using direct language and was very short-tempered. He admitted that having a foreigner there who can't read Japanese would inconvenience them. He kept defending his staff members and was very disrespectful towards me - a paying customer. The most insulting part of all was that Mr. Saito lied to our faces. He claimed that a customer complained about me a day that I WASN'T EVEN THERE!!! My coworkers said to him "How do you know they were talking about Maria?". His reply: "They said it was a foreigner, so we just guessed". After Mr. Saito started losing his temper (very unprofessional of him), a man named Mr. Shimada interfered. He introduced himself as the manager. We were confused. Why did they tell us the manager wasn't there when he was? After a long discussion we understood that these people, due to various circumstances - probably their lack of education and experience interacting with people of various cultures - were prejudiced against non-Japanese people. Even if that person is a young woman, 1.49m tall, who has originally come to Japan as a volunteer. I will not let this experience change my view of Japan. My two coworkers with their kindness and generosity have proved to me that this club and their staff members and management do not represent Japanese people and culture. But if you don't approve of racism, do not join this club. Maria
