J	JPN 凹凸美風道響夢旅 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おそらくほとんどの入居者がなんらかのペットを飼われていると思います。この物件で一番気になる点は個人的には通路の汚れを極端に気にするのに、通路がカーペットタイプでなおかつペット飼育可能と矛盾してるところですね。以下、この賃貸物件のルールを書きます。・駐車場と思しきスペースが一台ありますが、障害者用のため基本使えませんなお、エントランスまでの入り口は一部のみスロープで階段があるためバリアフリーにはなってません・駐車スペースにタクシーを待機させるのもNG ちなみに入り口に隣接してる道は一方通行で狭いです・ペットと一緒に外出するときは廊下やエレベーター、エントランスでは抱きかかえて移動する必要あり・荷物を持ち込むときに台車が一切使えません各階の廊下のカーペットが汚れるのが理由だそうです。養生をする業者ならOKとのこと・廊下には傘など置くのNG ・賃貸で一般的なのかわかりませんが、ベランダではタバコNG。また、煙の出る料理は部屋で調理NG 換気扇のところでタバコはOKとのことですが、結局外壁のダクト穴から煙がでていくので、ベランダで吸うのと大差ないし、それがベランダで吸ってるのと勘違いして結局クレームは減ってない気がします。次に部屋で気になった点を挙げます・床はフローリングシートのため本物のフローリングではないです。ふかふかして気になる方は気になると思います・壁紙が安っぽいです・ベランダは蛇口がついてないので、水掃除しにくいです Perhaps most residents have some kind of pet.
