 Personal training for the first time in 2 years. In addition to muscle training, I have my range of motion expanded so that I can move. You can drive this far even with your own weight (^ o ^;)

I hate exercise and I was worried that I could continue, but I have been able to continue for more than six months. It has been fun. I'm glad I'm stretched because my body is stiff.
