★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially went in to buy a set of kimonos and yukatas for my family when upon payment, I was unable to produce my passport (didn’t know about the tax stuff). Instead of charging me extra, the staff there offered to hold onto my selection until the following day so that I could collect it after. For some that might be inconvenient, but, as I didn’t stay too far away and most of the food is nearby, it wasn’t going to be hard to go back to.
Staff speak great English and are very helpful with your questions and concerns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking for a kimono that will suite a 10 years old girl. The store have all sizes of kimonos. They are open till 21:00 (most stores closed by 20:00). The prices are very reasonable. We were very pleased with the kimono color (pink) and texture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wanted to get a souvenir of our time in Japan. The staff at Musubi were wonderful! They helped us try on kimonos and other clothing and were very helpful with sizing. A small store with excellent selection, good prices and friendly staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful selection and ever better service. The shop attendant helped us with sizing for my husband, who was in the store with me, and our 3 children who were not with us. We selected beautiful outfits for each and plan to use them for our holiday cards. We are visiting from Georgia USA.
