 To be honest, I didn't expect much because it was a store inside the hotel, but all the tempura was delicious and the soba was solid!

天丼はなかなか美味しいです。
男性だと量的に物足りないかも。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホテルタングラムの地下1階にある8席ほどの小さな蕎麦屋さんですが、戸隠に本店があるようで、本格的な戸隠蕎麦が頂けます。
戸隠にオンシーズン蕎麦を食べに車で行くのは、渋滞して蕎麦屋に着く頃には完売しかねません。
ホテルで食せるのはとてもおすすめです。
そば道楽の、そばだんご、そばの実スープ、そばソフト、どれも美味しかったです！
It is a small soba restaurant with about 8 seats on the first basement floor of Hotel Tangram, but it seems that the main store is in Togakushi, and you can enjoy authentic Togakushi soba.
Driving to Togakushi to eat on-season soba can be sold out by the time you arrive at the soba shop due to traffic jams.
It is highly recommended to eat at the hotel.
The buckwheat dumplings, buckwheat soup, and buckwheat soft were all delicious!

ゲレ食としては最高です。
夕食の時間帯も営業しています。
お蕎麦はもちろんですが、こちらではいつも梅の天ぷらもおすすめです。

ランチに注文したのは、天ざる。
弾力・風味・喉ごしのおいしい要素を備えた力強さは、戸隠蕎麦ならではの美味しさ。
ふわっとサクサクした衣をまとう天ぷらも、軽くて気持ちいい仕上がり。
ここまで本格的な蕎麦と出会えるなんて思ってなかったから、テンション上がりました♪

土曜日お昼11時過ぎに入店。
小上がりなら案内可能と言われてブーツを脱いで着席。
揚げ餅とおろし大根が乗った冷たいお蕎麦を注文。
コシのあるお蕎麦で美味しかったです。
落ち着いて昼休憩が取れました。
ご馳走様でした。

2種類のつけつゆと天ぷらとデザートがセットになった膳を注文しました。梅の天ぷら、デザートのように甘い梅干しの天ぷらでした。そばソフトやトッピングの揚げそばまで、全てとても美味しかったです。
