鹿沼花木センター内の「手打ち?蕎麦屋」さんです。入口付近の食券機でチケットを購入し、店内スタッフに注文します。
2021年6月下旬の平日昼間に訪問しました。
「もりそば（700円）」を頂きました。蕎麦はボソボソした不揃い短めで、香り旨味少々、硬めで噛みしめるタイプ。つけ汁は業務用風。公財経営なので、良心的な価格設定を望みます。
以前の写真、コメントでは丁寧な細切り。今回は不揃い中太麺で異なってました。日によって品質均等では無いようです…

It is a "handmade soba shop" in the Kanuma Hanaki Center. Purchase a ticket at the ticket machine near the entrance and order it from the staff in the store.
I visited during the daytime on weekdays in late June 2021.
I received "Morisoba (700 yen)". The buckwheat noodles are rugged, irregular and short, with a slight aroma and umami, and a hard and chewy type. The soup is for business use. Since it is a public property management, I would like to have a conscientious price setting.
Carefully shredded in previous photos and comments. This time it was different for the uneven medium-thick noodles. It seems that the quality is not equal depending on the day ...

とても美味しかったです。
I stopped by at the soba stamp rally.
I had tempura soba and edible wild plants soba!
It was very delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも利用してますが、蕎麦は日によってムラがある感じがします。茹でた後の水でしめるのがあまいらしく、ぬるい「もり蕎麦」が出てきた時があった。先日利用した時は若干茹ですぎな感じがした。蕎麦自体すごく美味しいのでまた行きますが、、、。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鹿沼花木センター内にある蕎麦屋です。入り口で食券を買います。うどんもあるみたい。もりそばとニラ蕎麦をいただきました。均一な細い蕎麦は手打ち？は疑ってしまう。歯応えあって蕎麦は美味しいです。汁は醤油風味が前面に出ています。味も濃いめなので全部つけないほうがいいかと。蕎麦湯はない？みたい?聞かなかったのでわかりませんが、他のテーブルにも置いてなかったので、コロナが収まれば出るのかな？

Is suspicious. The soba is chewy and delicious. The soup has a soy sauce flavor on the front. The taste is strong, so I thought it would be better not to add all of them. Is there soba hot water? I don't know because I didn't ask ?, but I didn't put it on other tables, so I wonder if it will come out if the corona fits.
