100円回転寿司とは違いかなり幅広い価格設定がされており１皿1,000円オーバーのネタも有ります。
食べるネタや量にもよりますがひとり2,000〜3,000円の予算で行けると思います。
流石は回転寿司激戦区の金沢の回転寿司店です。

値段は高いですが、サイコーに美味しい。
ウニの軍艦と、かに三昧は絶品
特別な時しか行けないけど、また行きたいなぁ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ イオンモール久御山 1階レントラン街にあるもりもり寿司を訪れました。
もりもり寿司は石川県金沢市を中心に店舗展開する回転寿司チェーン店です。
駐車スペースはイオンモール久御山の駐車場となります。
碗ものはのどぐろあら汁をオーダーしました。
のどぐろの骨周りが入っていますが、鮨ネタを取ったあとで身もある程度付いていて魚好きとしてはなかなか良い感じのお碗でした。
握りのシャリがかなり固めに握られています。
これがシャリとネタのバランスを崩していました。
見た目のバランスは良いのですが、シャリがギュウギュウに固く、もう握り鮨とは言えないレベルでした。
ネタの鮮度は、金沢の鮨と期待していましたが、京都ポルタにある金沢のチェーン店よりもかなり落ちます。
活〆真鯛なのに活〆の感じがしなかったです。
鯛は少し時間経った方が旨みが出るとはいえ、活〆の歯応えを期待してしまいます。
白えびの軍艦も白えびの食感は良いのですが、白えび特有の濃厚さに欠けました。
鮑も歯応えはありますが鮑特有の海草の香りがせず、代用種なのかもと思います。
小樽や函館のエゾアワビのようなコンブの香りの強い鮑が好みの私には合いませんでした。
ガスエビはまあまあ良かったかも。
金沢中心の回転寿司チェーン店という事もあり、期待が大きかったので全体的にはちょっと残念な感じでした。

The balance of appearance is good, but the sushi rice is firm and hard, and it is no longer a sushi rice.
I expected the freshness of the sushi to be Kanazawa sushi, but it is considerably lower than the Kanazawa chain store in Kyoto Porta.
I didn't feel like it was live, even though it was a red sea bream.
Although the taste of sea bream will be better after a while, you will expect the chewy texture of the sea bream.
The white shrimp warship also has a good texture of white shrimp, but lacks the richness peculiar to white shrimp.
The abalone is also chewy, but it does not have the scent of seaweed peculiar to abalone, so I think it is a substitute species.
I didn't like kelp-scented abalone like Otaru and Hakodate's abalone.
The gas shrimp may have been so good.
It was a bit disappointing overall because I had high expectations because it was a conveyor belt sushi chain store centered on Kanazawa.
