背脂生姜醤油をいただきました! 麺が平打ち麺は珍しいと思いました! 麺自体も美味しいし、スープはかなり生姜が効いていてお肉もたくさん入っていて美味しいですね!割りスープがそば湯っていうのも面白いです。 カレーテールご飯も生姜が効いていて美味しかったです。 次回は他のコクまろ塩にも挑戦したいです! 期間限定のうめのも美味しそうでした。

【新宿で人気のつけ麺屋さんへ行ってみた(゚∀゚)】 背脂生姜醤油つけ麺 1000 味玉150 新宿御苑近くの人気つけ麺店、初入店(^^) 事前情報では、平たい形状の麺でインパクト大。 あんまり混まないであろう、15:00頃に訪問。 店内には、カウンターが10席程度で2組しかいなく、ラッキー。 オーダーは、人気No.1の背脂生姜醤油つけ麺。 麺の茹で時間が結構かかりますが、ゆっくりしてると…入店後10分程度で着丼。 うおおおおおおお(゚∀゚) 麺の丼には、彩り野菜が盛り付けされている。 しかもドレッシングがかかっているのでそのまま イケる! なんかヘルシー♡と思いながらさっそく平たい麺をリフトアップ。 【麺】だけですすると、コシはあまり無いすごくモチモチな平たい麺。唯一無二。 【つけ汁】は、背脂たっぷり生姜&白髪ネギもトッピングされた醤油つけ汁。 麺を投入してみると、中から豚バラ肉?がゴロゴロ顔をだし、見た目以上に具材感のあるつけ麺だ(゚∀゚)平打ちの肉汁うどんをイメージしそうだが、かなり凝っている仕上がり。背脂をたっぷり使っているが、さっぱりすすれてしまう仕様。 麺量も多めですが、サラッと完食できてしまう! 仕上げは、やっぱりスープ割り。 かと思ったら、こちらでは蕎麦湯で割って〆くくるスタイル。えええええ( ´Д`)y━・~~ 本当に合うのかな?疑心暗鬼でしたが コレがまた合うのなんのって。 ビックリ初体験の大満足なつけ麺でした(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)♡ #つけ麺

念願のピロピロ麺? お店の方も感じがいい。 色々質問してる客にも丁寧に答えてた。 味も美味しい!くどくない!背脂なのにくどくない!そして、ピロピロ麺が美味しい? 熱盛りもしてくれるそうです。きしめんとか好きな人は一回食べるべき。

みてこの野菜の量! 今日のサラダ(+100円)でこのボリューム。 別についてくると思って頼んだらトッピングだったのには驚きました。 つけスープは、とても優しめの味です。でも生姜や薬味が効いていてしっかりと構えています。 平麺がスープに絡めやすく、優しいスープでも満足! お肉が大量に入っていて、見た目や店構えの感じよりも、食べ応えばつぐん。 まんぞく!

人生で初体験の味!って感じです! 麺は信じられないくらいモチモチ+小麦の風味を感じられる極太きしめん! つけダレは生姜がたっぷり!身体が温まるな〜とか思ってたら、底から豚バラ肉がゴロゴロ?たまりませんでした!! 今回はミニ生姜カレーを食べてみました?カレーと生姜って相性いいんだ!と新しい発見!ちょっとピリ辛でした ボリューミーで満足感ハンパなかったです? 店員さんは女性の方のみでした(私が伺ったときは)皆さん丁寧でとてとも優しく、店内も綺麗✨何よりトイレの綺麗さが!✨トイレットペーパーも柄入りのとっても可愛いものが備え付けてあって感動しました? 因みに、希望するとシメにそば湯割りかスープ割りを頂けます?そば湯が少しぬるかったのが惜しかった〜?でも総合的に本当に美味しくて大満足です!!! 次は塩つけめんを食べに伺いたいと思います!ご馳走様でした??
