★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この管理会社は最悪です。なんで事務所利用できないと規約に書いてあるのに野放し状態なんですか？営業担当曰く、入居者の自己責任だそうです。それ以降私がクレーマー扱いされ、カスタマーサポートＯさん、営業Ｍさんから無視状態です。オーナーで入居者を無視するとはいい度胸です。カスタマーサポートのＯさんの電話対応はよかったのですが、本店営業のＭさんの電話のマナーがなってない。
This management company is the worst. Why is it left unchecked even though the agreement states that the office cannot be used? According to the sales representative, it is the tenant's own responsibility. Since then, I have been treated as a Kramer, and I have been ignored by Customer Support O and Sales M. It's nice to ignore the tenants as the owner. The customer support, Mr. O, was nice with the phone, but the phone sales of Mr. M, who is in charge of the main store, are not in good manner.
