四谷三丁目駅と新宿御苑駅の中間くらいにある油そばのお店。 鶴巻町や西早稲田のお店は行ったことがあって普通の油そばは何度か食べたことがあったので、おそらく限定の冷梅900円を食べてみました。 さっぱり目で確かに夏らしい感じですが、ジャンクさが足りない感じで、普通の油そばが好みかと思いました。 普通盛りと大盛値段同じでスープ無い分ボリューム感は少なくなるので、小食でなければ大盛が量としてはちょうどいい感じかと思います。

油そばといえば麺珍亭。 四ツ谷四丁目の交差点近くに昨年にオープンしたんだよね。 鶴巻町の本店には何度もお邪魔した事あるわけですが、menuを見ていたら久しぶりに食べたくなりデリバリーしました。 麺は大盛りにしました。大盛りは+100円です。 特製ニンニクソースも+50円で付けました。 そして、ラー油とお酢が小瓶にてついてきます。 頑丈な器に麺、チャーシュー、青ねぎ、白ねぎ、海苔が。 そちらにラー油とお酢、ニンニクソースをぶちまけて、まぜまぜします。 うーっ!これは食欲がそそりますね~!! 麺も良い感じ。お店で食べるのと遜色ありませんでした。 大盛りはやっぱり麺が多いね。 しかしながら、ちょうど良い量だったかも。男性だったら、大盛りくらいが良いと思います。 ごちそうさまでした~

新宿で買物帰りに訪問。 以前から奥さんにおすすめしてしてもらっていたお店です。ようやく訪問できました。 店内のカウンター席とお店前のテラス席があります。 テラス席は直日光を浴びて眩しそうだったので、店内のカウンターにしました。 基本の油そば(並盛)¥700 をオーダー。 性別問わず「並」は腹8分目程度の量です。 お腹一杯がっつり食べたい場合は「大盛」がおすすめです。 お酢とラー油をかけて混ぜ合わせてすすります。 「麺がおいしい!」 麺は太めでもっちり。どんどんすすれます。 油そばはそもそもスープがない上に、味付けがシンプル。だから「麺」のうまさが際立ちます。 油そばは麺が勝負。 途中でゴマやニンニクソースで味変。 2名で黙々とお店を回されている店員さんも手際がよく好印象です。 麺がうまいと中毒性ありますよねー。 グルテンの中毒性。 黙って混ぜて、黙って完食。 ごちそうさまでした。 テイクアウトも可能です。 なんと朝5時からテイクアウトできるみたいです(驚き)

昼休みのウォーキングで気になっていたが公式LINE限定メンズDAYの通知があり4月木曜日は男性特製油そば1,050円が750円になると聞き初訪問。厨房は男性2人。LINEをみせて2人でも大丈夫だと確認して油そば大盛り750円の券を購入。並でも750円。店内5、6席でテラス席もある。ほどなく着丼。特製は具がたっぷり。酢とラー油を2回まわしまぜまぜ。ワシワシと咀嚼すればタレが王道醤油の王道油そば、美味い。具も美味しくぐんぐん食べ進む。ニンニクソースや唐辛子もいい味してて最後まで楽しめる。男性には大盛り必須。食べた直後は少し物足りなく感じたが後から腹がふくれてくる。おい飯しなくて助かった。

I love this ramen. It is dry-ramen which means there is no pork broth or miso soup inside however, they do add some kind of taste I'm not sure what it is but its really great. The noodles a cooked to perfection, not too hard, not too soft but depending on how you like it I'm sure the staff can do it for you. Your ramen will include noodles, egg, a good portion of delicious char-su pork and other things such a green onion and bamboo shoots. Depending on the time of day, they off customers a bowl on miso soup on the house. They also served bottled beer for 500 yen, a big bottle too and well-priced. On the counter, they have vinegar, soy sauce, sesame seeds and their homemade garlic-chill mayo sauce. This sauce is my favorite and I drown my ramen in it. It's not spicy for me but if you are sensitive to spice then maybe it's not for you. For a fantastic ramen experience I highly-recommend it. Also a shout out to the staff. There is usually only 1 chef operating the place at any one time. And even though I cannot speak much Japanese the staff always makes an effort talk to me. He is very kind and a real gentleman.
