Salt-grilled rock fish, sashimi of rock fish, and bone liquor of rock fish are all the finest items. I personally like sashimi and always eat when I return home. The unique taste, flavor and texture are unsatisfying.

There are some guesthouses that have been closed due to the people on the beach, but I think Fukumotoya is working hard. I went there after a long time, but the sashimi of char was really delicious. Moreover, the food was coming one after another, so I had no time to eat it. (Laughs) It was delicious so I'll go again.

You can enjoy the dishes of Iwana exhaustive at around 8,000 yen. Even rockfish only Salt grilled × 2 (medium size), bone cracker, sashimi (most body, liver "excellent"), Tataki (most body), egg + oyster mushroom, fried egg (small), suckles (backbone soup), boiled sweet potato (breakfast ) And I am satisfied with the contents of the meal. Room is an ordinary guest house level. The bath will be the bath of the simple spring of the replacement system. I think it is a good idea to enjoy the meal, drink alcohol, go to bed immediately and go to Oze early in the morning.

Twenty-five years have passed since I first visited Fukumoto-ya in the woodblock hot spring. This time again, I was taken care of by eating and staying. Compared to the past, the area here in Minamiaizu-cho, with its roads and rivers including tunnels, and the local environment has been considerably improved, making it easy to visit. However, the atmosphere with the warm taste of the people of Koiwa-mura, the unrivaled taste of the wood-strip hot spring like before, and the warm atmosphere of the people of Koiwa-mura, there is an endless healing for us who are tired of the city noise. It is also beaten by the spirit of the Fukumotoya who has created a rock bath similar to the open-air bath, which is Kawahara's public bath, next to his own guest house. It is said that the real bamboo of the spout that hot water flows from two places in the bathtub is replaced with new bamboo every year. The food is a rockfish full course. Salt-baked rock fish and Yuzu miso-coated rock fish grilled. Seasonal tempura of wild vegetables. Sashimi with fat of large rock fish. Sea of ​​rock fish. Rockfish fry. Soup of venison. Grandma homemade Tochimochi etc. will be full. The recommended liquor is a rockfish that has been dried for about 2 days and roasted with charcoal on a heartwarming hearth, and you can't taste the "rockfish bone liquor" that you can soak in a scum. This time, I drank a bottle of local fine sake flower fountain this time. There is a quiet world where you can hear only the sermons of the river and the voice of the insects that can be heard in the beautiful moonlight. From the dark in the early morning, I enjoyed the outdoor bath in Kawahara and the rock bath in the lodging, and I received breakfast with a simple but delicious side dish taken from the mountain, and I left homecoming. It's a nice place you want to disturb again.

I am indebted every year for about 15 years. At first, my uncle in the previous generation was fine, and the main house was sober. Even now, the mother and daughters are protecting the accommodation well. You will have a full course of Iwana cuisine at the hearth end. Behind the inn, Iwana grown in the spring water of the mountain, seasonal wild vegetables, vegetables and hand-made pickles harvested in the nearby field, and above all Iwana bone liquor are delicious. You can also walk to the rock baths along the river of the famous Kizuri Onsen, and put an in-house bath for 24 hours in the Onsen.

It seems that the people on the beach disappeared and they could finally do business. I'm glad. I went there for the first time in 20 years, but the sashimi of char is excellent. The roasted char was also delicious. It seems that some other guesthouses have been exhausted due to the people on the beach and have closed their stores, but I would like Fukumotoya to do my best. I want to go again.

It's a guest house. The highlight is the cultivated char dish. Sashimi and liver that you can't usually eat. If you like char, it's worth the stay. The indoor bath is comfortable, and the meals around the hearth are fun.
