Y	Yasuo Iino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サービスとても素晴らしいです。スタッフ一人一人がおもてなしの意識を持たれており、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。立地駅からも近く、隣に琵琶湖、長浜城があります。部屋・設備・アメニティゆったりと過ごせる空間でした。掘りごたつもあり、また、コーヒーマシーンもありました。照明も光量調節タイプで、便利です。風呂琵琶湖を眺めることが出来ます。また、部屋風呂もあります。食事出汁の味がしっかりしており、とてもやさしく、おいしい味でした。ついつい食べ過ぎてしまいます。初めて宿泊しましたが、感動しました。ありがとうございます。 service very impressive. 智	智平 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日帰り温泉で利用しました。ひとり1500円で20時まで入れます。日帰りにも関わらず、スタッフの方々の丁寧な対応が気持ちが良かったです。露天風呂には坪風呂が３つあり、茶色の湯の花がたくさん浮いた茶褐色の温泉でした。露天風呂からは琵琶湖や道路を走っている車、公園で犬の散歩をしている人が見えます。湖面に映る夕陽が眩しく、綺麗でした。内湯は無色透明でしたが、温泉なのかは確認していません。脱衣所にタオル、バスタオルが置いてあるのは便利で良かったです。アメニティも充実していて、清掃も行き届いていました。 I used it at a day trip hot spring. 沓	沓澤由加利 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 姉妹3人で一泊しました。真心のこもった、とにかく癒される旅館でした。一人の生物の造りを何かに変更して欲しいとお願いしました。すると、食事の全て朝食に至るまで、生物無しで違う物をご用意して下さいました。厚かましくもウナギが希望と申しましたら、なんとウナギ一匹出て来て、嬉しくてびっくりでした。素敵な仲居さんは、上品で綺麗で、接客のプロで、また会いに訪れたいです。控えめで素敵な女将さんをはじめ、お迎えの男性の方から女将さんと一緒にお見送りに出て来て下さったフロントのおねえさんまで、お風呂の温泉と一緒で芯まで温かくなりました。お世話になりました。近いうちにまた伺います。年に数回は行く温泉旅行の中でダントツの満足度でした。?
