The buffet is terrible and rude receptionist (not all of them), I was greeted by an old lady saying massage massage next to me while I was checking in) overall it feel like a cheap(not the price), money minded hotel for group tour booking, avoid if you are booking the hotel yourself
J	Jan Fujak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend. Not worth it. Staff having problems with English. Dirty haori. Dinner and breakfast with a huge queue to get to dining room, like 30 minutes long. Additional fee for the massage chairs. Problem with WiFi access. I would advise to avoid it.
M	Monika Bednarczyk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tatami room was really small, I don't think it's for 6 people, my haori had some stains, to get the table during dinner and breakfast we had to wait around 30 minutes and wifi was not working in the room. The onsen was nice and food acceptable, but I guess that's all, not something I would pay nearly 20000¥ per night.

N	Nathaniel Kwok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a vacation resort near the famous hot springs. we primarily went for the private springs... but it wasn't anything special. however we had a free dinner and breakfast buffet. the food was decent but again it's free. the hotel is a little far from the station but still within walking distance... about 11 min.
S	Szymon Maciej Fujak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware! The place seems to be like standard Japanese ryoukan. It is not. The rooms are small and narrow, especially for the group of 6 people. Plus two of the lights were not working. View would be nice, if not terribly dirty swimming pool, abandoned and full of leafs. WiFi only available in common room - and really near the router, not even in the whole room. Dinner - buffet style, starting at 7:30 PM (till 9 PM). But... 30 minutes long queue! And staff informing you that you will have to leave before 9, despite of the belay. All of this for 18 000 yen (180 euro) per person, per night. Huge disappointment. Worst ryoukan I have ever been to. EDIT: forgot to say: during check out I asked for the shuttle bus to the station - 15 minutes walk from hotel, so like 2 minutes by car. It is available. But you have to pay 190 yen (2 euro) per person. Like... WTF?

Tatami in the ofuro and free popsicle milk ice cream all you want. Food quality and selection has gone down dramatically. Six years ago, I stayed here for the first time. Food was fantastic, selection was great, the rooms were old and falling apart. It was just a year and half after Fukushima earthquake. Now rooms are great but the food is less than mediocre.
D	Dan Dan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room size was huge where at least 20 people could fit in and sleep easily. We stayed on the 8th floor. The onsen itself was good. If you have ever been to an onsen then you know what to expect. The staff is friendly enough. I am 190cm tall and on the shelf they only had up to 180cm yukatas but a staff member came up to me instantly to offer a bigger one. The dinner buffet was pretty good. Lots of food to choose from and alcohol. No Wi-Fi in the rooms is a massive no-no. You can only get Wi-Fi access in the lobby but even then you need to in a specific spot. This is especially bad for foreign tourists travelling and they don’t want to use roaming charges on their data plans. Hotels by default need to provide WiFi across its premises. The charging port in the room was whack. There was a knob that said up to 400w but when I plugged in my phone charger nothing happened. Only when I turned on the bed light and turned the knob which the bed light was connected to it started to charge. You basically need to sleep with the bed light on if you want to charge your phone. Someone need to check the wiring. Overall very pleasant ryokan without breaking the bank.
