事前に予約して行けばそこまで待つことは無いと思います。(10分15分の誤差はあります)
待つ人は初診だったり、予約してないのでは…？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ・会計待ちの際、待合室が混んでいたため、呼び出す声が聞こえる範囲の入り口付近の席で待機。いくら待っても呼ばれないため聞きに行くと、姿が見えないと呼びません、とのこと。待合室が密によるウイルス感染を防ぐためと説明しても、見えるところで待て、の一点張り。呼ばれる声が十分聞こえる席に座っているにもかかわらず、である。感染に弱い体質でコロナ以前からマスク着用、密を避ける習慣があったのだが、どこまで患者目線がなく融通がきかないスタッフなのか。気持ちよくリハビリ終えた帰りに毎回嫌な気持ちにさせられる。
・リハビリの電気治療、肌に当てるパッドを毎回消毒していないために、以前何度か皮膚病をうつされた。その際，責任逃れ的な態度が非常に不快。言い訳する前に毎回サッと消毒する程度の作業をする方に院長，スタッフの考えが行きつかないことが問題。

It makes me feel uncomfortable every time I return home after rehabilitation.
・ Because I did not disinfect the electric treatment for rehabilitation and the pad applied to the skin every time, I had several skin diseases before. At that time, the attitude of evading responsibility is very unpleasant. The problem is that the director and staff cannot think of the person who does the work of disinfecting quickly before making excuses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 腰痛にて来診。受付の対応は改善されたのか気になる点はいくつかあるものの言葉遣い等は気になりませんでした。15時半頃お電話にて、今空いてますか？と伝えた所『空いてますよ！』との事。急遽予約無しで到着し、車椅子を貸して頂き受付へ。それから全く呼ばれず2時間待ち。でも先生も看護師さんも優しくて湿布も多めに頂けました。16時過ぎに到着したのですが駐車場が1台しか空いておらず、駐車場が狭いのと空いてます→2時間待ちが☆-1。他は良い病院だと思います。予約出来る病院は予約するに限りますね…笑
