待ち時間はそこそこあるけど、その間受付の人が問診してくれて、診察の時はスムーズです。 次から次へと患者さんがきて大変なのに、1人1人ちゃんと丁寧に説明してくれます。 リハビリの方は仕方が無いけど流れ作業みたいな感じで少し寂しい。

リハビリ通ってるけど本当に行きたくない。人が多くて忙しいのはわかるけど適当すぎ。お年寄りの方も可哀想。やってくれる人の内のある女性が本当に無理。受付の方もわりと高圧的。 先生はすごく分かりやすい説明をしてくださるしいい方。

医師の先生にも、レントゲンや電気治療に関わって頂いた方にも丁寧に説明して頂き安心しました。初診で服薬と湿布を出してもらった為だと思いますが、会計までの待ち時間が長くその点だけ気になりました。

電気とかを付けてくれるスタッフの態度や言葉遣いは最低です。どういう神経しているのか分かりません。あまりにも酷いのでとても不愉快です。恐らく資格の無いただの従業員なので仕方がないと思います。少し丁寧な方もいますが、ほとんど駄目です。高齢のお年寄りを見ているとかわいそうです。受付のスタッフもピンキリ。医師の評判は口コミ通りだと思います。病院ならもう少し常識のある人を雇うか教育するかしてほしいです。

Levei minha filha após cair e bater o joelho na aula de educação física, o médico avaliou a radiografia, pediu exame de ressonância magnética, depois de 6 dias, no retorno, pediu nova radiografia. E, revisando a ressonância, ele verificou que a patela deslocou? Ele não havia visto isso na primeira vez que examinou a ressonância? Deixou minha filha quase 1 semana sentindo dor, sendo que já poderia ter encaminhado ao Hospital que ela já faz acompanhamento! Às vésperas de um feriado prolongado. Teremos de esperar 5 dias para a consulta! Francamente… não volto e não recomendo essa clínica de ortopedia a ninguém!

健康診断での判定が悪く気になる点があり、初診でかかりました。母も通っているし大丈夫だろうと思っていましたが…。 たかだか健康診断の判定だと思ってるんでしょうね。医師に鼻で笑われました。「レントゲン一応撮ります?笑」みたいな感じで馬鹿にされてるのすぐに分かりました。看護師たちも奥でクスクス笑ってる感じがしました。こちらは不安で心配で来てるのに信じられない…。 会計の人も最悪。あまりの対応に動揺してお金を出し間違えていたら、「…30円です」とジロっとこちらを睨んできました。請求書なども無言で置きっぱなし、立ちっぱなし。ロボットなんですかね。 そりゃ検査して異常も無かった人間ですが、お大事にくらいは言っても良くないですか?? 患者の不安を取り除くのも仕事じゃないんですか?何も無かったら無かったで、「良かったです」くらい言えないものですか? こんな馬鹿みたいな病院初めて知ったし、通ってる母には悪いですが二度と行きたくないですね。
