リハビリだけもok。薬は病院内で会計時に頂けます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生はやさしく、看護婦さんも丁寧で、薬も院内で会計時にもらえ便利ですが、リハビリのベテラン女性看護士さんのなかに、少しかんじの悪い言葉がきつい人がいて、雨の日の施術時に少し衣服がぬれていたら、あからさまに嫌な顔され、さらに早く治りたかったので、ほぼ毎日通院したらそんなに来なくていいようなこと言われて、気分を害したので、二度と行きません

待ち時間は、水曜日の１１時に行って、４０分待ちでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何回も診察に行ってて保険証をたまたま忘れた時に他の病院ですと次回持ってきて下さいとの指示で診察して頂けたのですが、この病院は取りに帰って持ってきて頂かないと診察は一切出来ませんと言われました。
帰ってまた来るのに１時間位掛かると言っても同じでした。
初診ならわかりますが。
体調が悪い人が来る職場の社員なんですから自分の業種を理解しお客の状態を理解したお客目線での接客をして頂きたかったです。
補足ですが、先生と看護師の方はとても良い方々です。

整形外科でのレビューを書きます。
火曜日に左足の甲の激痛で来院しました。整形外科には予約の機能がなく初診なので11時頃に来院してから一時間ほど待ちました。診察の際に右足も痛みがあると伝えると、両足のレントゲンを撮影してくれて、右足捻挫、左足は足の甲ヒビで通院する事になりました。診察後は丁寧にテーピングをしながらサポーターの説明をしてくれました。初診でレントゲンたくさん撮影し、薬やサポーター含めて会計は5000円未満でした。
その翌週、経過を見に来院しました。コロナ対策で車内で待つ事が可能です。平日昼は年配者が多いせいか来院から会計まで2時間くらいかかりました。
それでも笠井新田のまつむら整形外科を利用した時ほど待つ事はなかったです。
院内は清潔で看護士さん達は皆優しいです。
割りばしは不要です。

The hospital is clean and all the nurses are kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長年ことあるごとに通ってきました。最近、肘の痛みが出たので久しぶりに来院。レントゲン係や先生や受付は優しくて親切。分かりやすい薬の説明をしてくれます。その後治療室に入ると空いてるからか看護師の会話が丸聞こえ。中には自分が太っているからか名前を呼ぶたびに笑っている。とても不愉快でした。もう二度と行きません。星2を付けたのは上記が優秀だから。治療室の看護師は糞。
