しかしリハビリの男のスタッフはずっとゲームの話しをしておしゃべりしっぱなしでおばさんのスタッフは愛想なく対応が悪かった。
治療中気分が悪い

お医者さんは優しい方です。

ナースはテキパキとしていて安心できます。
受付のスタッフも皆、感じが良いです。
ただ、リハビリの若い男性スタッフがいつも何人かで群れて話しているのが気になります。

後ろに立ってるナースと鼻で笑いながら話してくる。
リハビリの人たちも愛想がない。
院内が綺麗だから星ひとつ、
病院の対応としては星ひとつもつけたくないです。
一生行きません。

リハビリの施術は、施術スタッフは皆さん若く
それぞれ技量が違う為
すごく楽になるときもあれば
揉み返しがひどいときもあり
だからと言って施術者を指名出来るわけではないので、技量の浅い施術者に当たったときは
気分が落ちます。
また、数ヵ月に渡り背中の痛みを伝えていたのですが
レントゲンを撮ったのみで特に触診等も無く
痛み止め薬の処方のみで全く症状が改善しないので、たまりかねて他院を受診しMRIを撮ったところ
椎間板ヘルニアでした。
もう少し、患者の気持ちや訴えに
寄り添って頂きたかったです。
上記だけの点数は☆１ですが
長年の通院でお世話になったのと
院内の清潔さが◎なので☆２とさせて頂きます。

良さそうだなと思って浜松市民になって初めてかかった病院。
殿様商売的な感じです。
1）湿布が欲しいだけ（2ヶ月以内発行の他院の処方箋見せる）
2）仕事の合間なので時間どの程度待ちますか
と受付で伝えるも
混んでないからすぐですよ。の回答。
結果は、所要時間2時間
診察室に入ると先生の背後に看護助手5人。
プレッシャーでしかないが
そんなに必要なのか謎。
とにかく時間がかかる。
会計処理も、やたら待たされた。
2ヶ月以内に
大手病院で撮影した画像を見せて説明するも無視。
丁寧ではなく点数稼ぎと感じた。
湿布が欲しいだけなのに
自分的には只の負担でしかなかった。
レントゲン撮影もさせられた（必要ないのに）。
初診料と同じくらい稼げるからね
露骨な診療点数稼ぎ（建物が立派なわけ）
期待した分、全体的に残念な印象でした。
