四	四季 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チャーシューつけ麺をいただきました。魚介風味のドロリとしたつけ汁は、甘さを強く感じた。お店の目指している物や麺とのバランスもあるので、あくまで個人的な好みをいえば、もう少し出汁等でサラリとなっているか醤油などの塩味が聞いているとたべやすいのかなぁと思いました。チャーシューについて。 5枚くらいのチャーシューが、別皿で提供。ラーメンならチャーシューの脂身が温まり、旨味に変わるので問題ないが、ドロリとしたつけ汁では温まりが弱く、油っぽさが前に来る。つけ汁が冷めてくる最後の1・2枚は、チャーシュートッピングを少し後悔(温め直しできたのかな?)。手間はかかるが、バーナーで炙るか、小さい七輪で焼きながら食べれると良いかなぁと、ワガママを添える。味わい自体は良かったので、ラーメン系のメニューを改めて食べたいなぁ。 I had char siu tsukemen.
