最初味噌ラーメンにしようと思っていたら、ランチに赤魚の西京焼きの定食があったので、こちらを選択。
身にしっかり味があって、ご飯がすすみました。
きっと味噌ラーメンも美味しいんだろうなあと思えました。機会があれば、次はラーメンにしたいです！
I thought about eating lunch, and when I looked for it, it was a hit.
When I first thought about making miso ramen, I had a set meal of red fish Saikyo-yaki for lunch, so I chose this one.
I had a good taste and the rice went well.
I thought that miso ramen would be delicious. If I have a chance, I would like to make ramen next time!

生姜が効いててさっぱり味噌ラーメンでしたね〜。
他にも醤油ラーメンや数量限定の定食があるみたい(^^)
次は定食いってみたいな〜美味そうだったので（笑）

美味いですね〜さっぱり系ですが旨味が口に残りますね〜自分は好きな醤油ラーメンですよ〜いや〜また食べたいですね〜（笑）
メニューも増えてましたね〜何だか1つづつ食べていきたくなりました〜(^^)
とんかつか焼き魚か悩むな〜（笑）

It's delicious-it's refreshing, but it still tastes good-it's your favorite soy sauce ramen-no-I want to eat again-(lol)
The menu also increased-I wanted to eat something one by one-(^ ^)
Don't worry about tonkatsu or grilled fish ~ (lol)

麺は縮れ麺。
量が多いほうだと思います。
駐車場は、正面のさいたまりそな銀行を使ってよいとのこと。

プリプリの西山製麺の麺にサラサラスープ。
札幌味噌ラーメンそのものでした！
チャーシューは豚の甘い味が際立つ薄味ですが、厚切りなので満足感が有ります。
豚焼肉丼は甘辛い味付けで味噌ラーメンにピッタリ！
県内東部地区で一番の味噌ラーメンだと思います！

Char siu has a light taste that makes the sweet taste of pork stand out, but it is a thick slice, so it is satisfying.
The pork bowl is sweet and spicy and is perfect for miso ramen!
I think it is the best miso ramen in the eastern part of the prefecture!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Google mapsでは休業でしたが、店の前通ったら営業中だったのでお邪魔しました。シマほっけ定食や北海道産刺身3点盛り定食にもひかれましたが、ここは推しの味噌ラーメンを選択、800円！スープがめっちゃ美味しい。少し焦がしてるのかな？まろやかコク凄い。細麺によくあう(一玉大盛り分位あります) 個人的には好みがある、下ろし生姜を別皿、炒め玉葱はオススメトッピングにしてもらった方が嬉しかったです。
It was closed on Google maps, but it was open when I passed in front of the store, so I bothered. I was also drawn to the Shimahokke set meal and the Hokkaido sashimi 3-piece set meal, but here I chose the recommended miso ramen, 800 yen! The soup is really delicious. Is it a little burnt? The mellow body is amazing. It goes well with thin noodles (there is a large serving of one ball). I personally like it, and I was happy to have the grated ginger on a separate plate and the stir-fried onion as a recommended topping.

直球ど真ん中の札幌の味噌ラーメンの風味がしました。
こちらのスープはさらに生姜をピリッと効かせており、体の芯まで温まる心地でした。
厚底のどんぶりを使用しており、スープを飲み干すまで冷めにくいというのも細かく嬉しい気遣いだと思います。
具はチャーシュー、長ネギ、玉ねぎ、もやしと結構具沢山。歯ごたえもしっかり残っています。麺は安定の西山製麺。真新しさはないけれど昔から馴染みのある安心安定のクオリティを堪能しました。
お店の落ち着く雰囲気もとても良い感じ。
店主さんが丁寧に調理してますので、混雑時は待ちます。
