ご	ごはんがススムくん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前から来ようと思いながら来れなかったこちらでお昼ごはん。早めに着いたので空いていた。昔ながらのラーメン屋さんらしくお店のおかあさんの接客が丁寧でとても気持ちが良い。デフォのラーメン¥550を大盛りでいただいた。安いねぇ♪ 麺は太さが不揃いの手打ち麺。太いところはモチモチ、細いところはピロピロの絶妙な茹で加減。旨いねぇ♪ スープは油浮きがあまりなく塩分が少し高め。佐野や館林のスープを濃いめにした感じだがバランスが良く旨い♪ 塩分が気になったがせっかく遠くまで来たので完飲！具材は醤油の風味が香ばしいチャーシュー。歯ごたえが良く程よい味付けのメンマ。メンマラーメンにすれば良かった。あとはワカメとナルトと刻みネギ。せっかくこの辺りまで来たのだから2，3軒ハシゴがしたかったが、歳をとったのか大盛り1杯でお腹いっぱいになってしまった。そんなに時間もかからないことがわかったのでまた次の機会の楽しみにしておこう。ごちそうさまでした♪ I had lunch here because I couldn't come because I wanted to come. Menma that is crunchy and has just the right amount of seasoning. I should have used Menma Ramen. The rest is wakame seaweed, naruto and chopped green onions. Since I came to this area, I wanted to have a few ladders, but maybe I was old, I was full with a large cup. I found that it won't take long, so let's look forward to the next opportunity. 峰	峰岸信也 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前行って醤油ラーメンしかやってないの承知で。けどスープは昔ながらの鶏殼醤油スープで嫌味がなく、麺は自家製縮れ太麺でモッチモチ。これが味がプチ薄ければ佐野系のよう。なにせチャーシューがすっごく味が染みていていい。味噌ラーメンばっか狙ってるけど、たまにゃ醤油ラーメンもいい。近所のローソンが先月で閉店して、今度は市役所側のホームセンターが年内で閉店する。店前の県道も国道だったのが国道バイパス完成して、国道取り下げられてしまった。寂しくなるけどうちは頑張って続けるよと女将さん話してた。 Knowing that I went there before and only did soy sauce ramen. ネ	ネテルヒトー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旧国道沿いのラーメン屋さん。一応角地で２面に車の出入口はありますがちょっと入口のは狭め。因みに個人的な偏見ですがこの名前のラーメン屋は美味いハズ。店内はやや変な席配置。カウンターに小上がり、テーブルあったかな？とりあえず変則的。カウンターにはメニューは無く壁貼りメインのストロングスタイル、好き。ラーメンを注文。香味の強いスープに古くさいトッピング。でもスープが美味しいのでネギとスープだけで美味い。戻しの甘いワカメは酷いものでしたがそれ以外はオールドスタイルなラーメンで美味。特に絞りカスみたいなパサパサの出汁ガラ感溢れるチャーシューは絶品。ただ、お店の拘りだと思われる麺は…うーん。手打感の強い平打ち中華麺でしたが良く言えば刀削麺のようにまばらな太さが食感を変える飽きさせない麺。悪く言えば麺の厚さと幅が一定ではなくニョロニョロとモチモチの混在する不思議な麺。好きな人は好きかも。ちょっと評価が難しいラーメンでした。 A ramen shop along the old national highway. M	M Toshi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ベテランご夫婦が切り盛りしているラーメン屋です。ラーメンと餃子を注文。ラーメンはもっちり食感の手打ち麺。あっさり中華スープ、ネギ、めんま、わかめ、チャーシュー、ナルト。昭和に生まれた人間なら感じられるどこか懐かしく優しい味です。よくも悪くも昔からある町中華のラーメンでした。手打ち麺が特徴なのですが、食べた瞬間赤いきつねのうどんを食べている感覚になりました。餃子はスタンダードに美味しかったです。ぐっと飛び抜ける味はありませんでしたが、もはや日本全国の郷土料理レベルに懐かしいノスタルジックな味は得難い一杯となりました。駐車場は店の横の狭い道を抜けると4台分ほどのスペースがあります。 It is a ramen shop run by a veteran couple. t	teru koba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あっさり醤油スープに手打ちモチモチ麺が美味しい。コッテリスープが主流のなか無添加にこだわったスッキリした醤油ラーメンがどこか懐かしく最高。近くにいった際は是非立ち寄って食べて頂きたい。炒飯もどちらかと言えば焼き飯でそれが良く、個人的には炒飯一押しで付け合わせの手作りお新香まで美味しく、全てにパーフェクトですね。個人的感想は店主ご夫妻の人柄も含め大発見の当たり店。また近くへ行ったら立ち寄らせてもらいます。体調に気をつけて１日でも長く続けて頂きたいと初めて伺った者が思う程のラーメン店ですね。初見は入り口が古いので躊躇しがちですがご安心してね。 The handmade chewy noodles are delicious in a light soy sauce soup.
