高	高橋直樹 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 秩父鉄道のSLを撮影しに来てこちらで昼食。らーめん黒（醤油）を注文するとカウンター越しにチャーシューを炙っているのが見えました。こちらではラーメンは標準で3枚の炙りチャーシューが乗っていて5mmくらいの厚みがありとてもおいしいです。ミニソースカツ丼、ミニチャーシュー丼が200円なのでがっつり食べたいときには良いかもしれません。 2022年4月、お花見サイクリングで利用。11時の開店直後で1番乗りみたい。前回、チャーシューがとてもおいしかったので今回は、チャーシュー麺黒、1000円を注文。注文を受けるとカウンター越しにチャーシューを炙っているのが見えます。どうやら炭火のよう。配膳されたチャーシュー麺は、麺が重なり合う分厚いチャーシューで、かなりの迫力です。手のひらサイズに厚さは1ｃｍ近く。ラーメンの豚焼肉ステーキ乗せみたいな感じです。肉の旨味のぎっしり。とてもおいしくおなかも一杯。ラーメンに追加200円でミニ丼にするよりも、チャーシュー麺の方がおススメです。11時半にお店を出ると駐車場は満車で入店待ちの人もいました。丁度お店の横を秩父鉄道が通りかかりました。

タ	タカハシシューイチ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日の13時30分頃入店。駐車場は、店前に台あります。席はカウンターが、６席、小上りが４席ありました。らーめん黒（醤油）を注文。卓上調味料は、醤油と胡椒が有りました。約５分で着丼。スープは、熱すぎずダシが効いた適度な塩梅で、後味が柑橘系サッパリした感じで自分好みの飲み干せるタイプでした。麺は弾力があり、長さも丁度よい。具は、柔らかくて適度な厚さのチャーシュー３枚（２種類?）、長い穂先メンマが３個、海苔が２枚、ナルト１枚、ほうれん草、刻みネギが入ってました。他の写真にあったゆで卵は入っていませんでした。（泣）こんな場所で、自分好みのラーメンに出会えるとは思いませんでした。ごちそうさまでした。また来ます。 Entered around 13:30 on Saturday. There is a parking lot in front of the store. There were 6 counter seats and 4 small climbs. I ordered ramen black (soy sauce). The tabletop seasonings included soy sauce and pepper. Donburi in about 5 minutes. The soup was a moderately salted plum that was not too hot and had a dashi stock, and the aftertaste was citrusy and refreshing, so I could drink it to my liking. The noodles are elastic and just the right length. The ingredients included 3 soft and moderately thick char siu (2 types?), 3 long-tip menma, 2 seaweed, 1 naruto, spinach, and chopped green onion. The boiled egg shown in the other photos was not included. (Crying) I never thought I could meet my favorite ramen in a place like this. Thank you for the meal. I will come again.
羽	羽坂正俊 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "濃い”そしてウマい！日曜日の昼、妻が唐突に「ラーメン食べに行かない？」で行ってみた。場所は秩父鉄道・小前田駅の東約300ｍにあるこの店。中に入ると…厨房デカ！それもそのはず、元・日本料理のお店とのこと。カウンター席に座り妻は「らーめん（白）とミニソースカツ丼」を自分はらーめん（黒）とミニチャーシュー丼」をオーダー。暫くすると見るからに濃厚そうなラーメンスープと豚＆鶏２種類の炙りチャーシューが乗ったラーメンが運ばれてきた。スープをひと口すすると…シナモン味が。嫌いじゃないけど、肉類の臭み消しかな？？特徴は何と言っても２種類のチャーシュー。途中で食べ飽きないように（？）豚バラと鶏、ひと手間加えた炙りで供されます。普通のラーメンでこのチャーシュー、チャーシュー麺はどうなることやら…。ごちそうさまでした。近いうちに再訪しますね。 "Dark" and delicious! On Sunday afternoon, my wife suddenly went with "Why don't you go eat ramen?" The place is this shop located about 300m east of Omaeda Station on the Chichibu Railway. Once inside ... the kitchen is big! That should be that, it is a former Japanese restaurant. Sitting at the counter, my wife ordered "Ramen (white) and mini sauce cutlet bowl" and I ordered "Ramen (black) and mini char siu bowl". After a while A ramen soup that seems to be rich and a ramen with two kinds of roasted pork and chicken char siu were brought in. When you take a bite of the soup ... it tastes like cinnamon. I don't hate it, but is it just to eliminate the smell of meat? ?? The feature is two kinds of char siu. It is served with pork roses and chicken, and roasted with a little effort so that you will not get tired of eating on the way. What happens to this char siu and char siu noodles with ordinary ramen? A	Anton N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The miso ramen was exquisite and the char siu "バラ" was extremely delicious. Gyoza was very succulent and flavourful. Just wish they were hotter. The soups are very thick and rich so it coats the ramen very good. It's not meant to be drunken in my opinion. Overall a great experience. The owners are very polite too.
